  • Battery charges quickly and lasts and lasts!
This is a great little tens. As in my opening line- one of the most important things is that the battery is awesome. I get severe sciatica every few months - I store the unit with a full battery and when I take it out 2-3 months later it’s ready to go. When the battery is low🪫 it really takes less than 30 Mins to recharge. and it lasts ALL day- like 14 hrs all day! I put it on in the morning go to work don’t charge it until I am getting ready for bed- so that is like 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. Then will getting ready for bed it lasts all night. (Mind you it only runs for 60 at a time- but when the time runs low I reset to 60 mins. In my picture you see battery as full- yet I have had it on and running constantly for 3 hrs straight. If you have pain you know how important it is for the tens to work all day and night! Other great points- 1) It has plenty of juice- as you can see I have it set lower than half way and that is plenty of stimming. 2) you can use 2 pads or 4 depending on how much body space you need to cover. 3) It is small enough to fit in my pants pocket- but I have also put it on a lanyard in a large ID bag. 4) there are 24 different setting for the stimulation- so you truly can find what is best for you. 5) the light is very bright - can help you see in the dark (maybe too bright see below) 6) Slippers for feet! 7) back wrap! If you have lower back pain! OK the few draw backs I can over look because it’s so great! 1) The light is bright - which is fine in the day or in bright light but you don’t even need a light to see it- it is like an older digital watch- why is the brightness a problem? Well when you wake up in the middle of the night and need to reset it (it has an auto off when timer runs out) the light comes on and it’s “blinding” and you have no choice. - there is not way to dim it. So getting to your setting may be rough on the eyes. Maybe some kind of dimming screen protector 2) it is NOT a touch screen- to get to the setting you want you have to repeatedly hit the mode button- what a pain if you want that last setting (tai chi 4) thank goodness I like the first setting. 3) There is no back button so if you miss your setting you must go all the way around again- or can turn it off and on again. So I say this is so worth it. The benefits totally outweigh the drawbacks. I have had this almost 2 years ( dropped my first one and broke the screen- get a phone case) It has been a literal life saver- made it possible to work - because I can’t be on strong pain meds during work- this has been a godsend. ... show more

  • Bruh.
If I could give it no stars I would. The issue is that the tens unit stopped responding to any of the commands/buttons. Can I still press the buttons and they move throughout the menu? Yes. Does that translate into a working tens unit? No. It lasted a week, y’all. I did send an email to customer service explaining that the item was not responding to any of the buttons pushed and that at times only one half of the screen responded at all to any input. I got an email back asking if the screen was locked or if there had been damage to the screen. Nope. It just doesn’t work. They sent another email asking me to essentially go through the steps to select a mode and see if that worked. While that slightly insulted my intelligence, I did as they asked. Still didn’t work. Got another email asking me if I had done it exactly as they prescribed….. bruh. Listen, it worked for a week. Clearly I understood the assignment because it was doing what it was supposed to do. However, one day, despite this - it just totally stopped. While I would love it to be user error (returning things to Amazon is less than fun) - it’s not. This unit is straight trash and I don’t know how else to say that. Save yourself the hassle of having to return this in a week. Just get something different. ... show more

  • Decent
Device is ok, not great. If it was touchscreen, that would of made a heck of a difference and sandals are a bit small
