I purchased this seat for my shop and it's great. It's extremely sturdy and very well made. The seat is comfortable and it's light weight. The one thing I am not completely pleased with is the height. For me it's about an inch to high to sit flat footed. I'm 6 foot tall and I am sitting with the balls of my feet on the ground. Again, not a big deal however it's the only thing I'm not completely satisfied with. I recommend this product. ... show more

Had 4 of these for 4 years on my covered porch. They stay mostly dry but get wet occasionally. They have held up much better than previous stools. No rust, no cracks in vinyl, no fading. I do whipe them down every week or so.

This $55 stool is worth about 15 yen, renminbi, rubbles, or whatever the hell it is they use for currency overt there. As most reviews state, the assembly instructions are worthless. The finish on the foot rest ring looked like it had just come out of a forge and finished up with a 3 lb. shop hammer. I had to bend the legs in a vise to straighten them up enough to make all 4 rest level on the floor and eliminate the wobbles. But hey, I wanted a blue stool and that part worked out ok. ... show more
