Features

  • POWER AND DURABILITY: A high performance and fuel efficient 79cc Viper engine starts up easily with a smooth pull recoil and delivers plenty of power to till through all kinds of soil conditions. Built-tough components like a bronze gear transmission and forged steel tines provide the rugged durability for lasting results season after season.
  • 2-IN-1 VERSATILITY: Toolless removal of outer tines and side shields quickly turns the Tazz 2-in-1 from a tiller into a cultivator. Use the full 21 tilling width to create a level seedbed for planting. As your garden grows simply switch to the 16 or 11 cultivating widths to maintain rows and weed around plants. Clean-up, mulch and aerate in the fall with a quick flip back to the full tilling width.
  • STABLE AND MANEUVERABLE: Compared with other compact front tines, the Tazz 2-in-1 is designed with balance in mind. With its low center of gravity, the 2-in-1 provides ground-hugging stability for unmatched user control. Effortlessly turn on a dime at the end of a row utilizing the compact and centered footprint combined with a lightweight design.
  • FLEXIBLE OPTIONS: The steel constructed handlebar has 4 height positions to ergonomically accommodate any user. Tilling depth can also be controlled up to 11 deep via a multi-position drag stake that adjusts in a snap with no tools required.
  • SERVICE AND SUPPORT: Our US based support staff and 3-Year Limited Warranty ensure that you will be highly satisfied with your Tazz 2-in-1 so you can confidently get out and enjoy your garden.

  • Amazing maneuverability and easy to use! I am a big fan!
Pattern Name: Cultivator
The Tazz 35310 - 2 in 1 is well built and has plenty of power along with easy maneuvering. I have a garden with some occasional rocks/bricks that surface every now and then and this Tazz easily kicks the stone out and lifts the machine over the rock so it doesn't wedge itself between the blades. I have a less than 5 foot wife about 90 lbs who ran the machine a few laps relatively easy even though she has never run one before. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to turn it and head back down the other direction. I am well satisfied. One star less for assembly. I am not a machine savvy individual and had no issues putting it together once I got past a bit unclear wording early on. Once past the first 3 or 4 pics, the rest flew along. I would say overall an easy setup but a bit more wording clarity would help in the early part of the directions. I am finished with Craftsman brand assuming this lasts a while. Love the oil that comes with it. First pull start was probably 3 pulls. Fairly quiet and not noisy like my craftsman! I am a big fan of the Tazz! ... show more

  • Awesome for gardening!
Pattern Name: Cultivator
We plant a veggie garden every year, and for whatever reason, my hubby would never invest in a tiller. Prior to moving a couple years ago, we tilled a small garden by hand( hard work), but this past summer, we chose to go bigger. I guess due to the pandemic, we couldn't find a garden tiller anywhere here in KY ( well, we didn't need a huge expensive one..) This little machine is soooo easy to use and it really does a wonderful job digging and separating the dirt clods, etc. Hubby used it first, and I was even able to use it, and I'm a wee sprite of a thing, and it was really EASY to use and guide. Only downside was coming unassembled, and the directions weren't exactly clear, we thought there were screws, bolts, etc. missing, but turns out they were all there! It took hubby 2 nights to assemble( after work) because of the unclear nature of the directions and diagrams, but all in all, we are very happy with it, would recommend it to anyone else with smaller gardening ideas! ... show more

  • Assembly instructions are bad.
Pattern Name: Cultivator
No human is born knowing how to put something like this together. You either learn it from experience or have a good instruction booklet. If you have neither, make up your mind ahead of time to tackle putting this tiller together when you're in the mood for a challenge. The assembly instructions are bad, and if someone hadn't put in their review that they had to drill out some too-small holes in order to get a couple parts to fit together that need to fit together, we'd still be trying to figure out what we were doing wrong. Maybe not every tiller has that issue, but as they roll of the assembly line in a country that hasn't the words for 'quality control' in their language, it could be a different surprise you encounter. For the cost of 25 cents more per tiller, their instruction booklet could have included better pictures to go with the text. All in all though, the tiller works great so far. ... show more

  • Works great. Easy to start.
Pattern Name: Cultivator
The directions to assemble were good and everything fit together as expected. The engine started right up and I was pleased that it was quieter than a lawnmower. I bought this tiller to do minor grading work around my property. I have several areas where trees were cut down and the stumps ground up years ago, but that left the ground very even in those areas. I tried to get a landscape guy to come out with a Bobcat and grade these areas for me and he wanted $1000! No way! So I bought this Tazz tiller specifically to smooth out the mounds and low spots on my property not really knowing how well it would work. I was very pleasantly surprised at how great it worked yesterday as I tilled up 2 areas that were about 10'x10' square to smooth them out. After tilling 2 of the "humps" for about 30 minutes each I was able to go back and rake everything smooth and spread some grass seed. It really worked much better than I had hoped. The tiller is built very tough because I hit a couple 4" rocks and the tiller was not damaged at all. I have to say that this was a very good buy for me and I expect to use it for many more hours over this summer. Very pleased! ... show more

  • Works like a champ!
Pattern Name: Cultivator
Works great. Smooth engine performance. Easy to start. Works in sandy land very well. Sips gas, very little used per entire garden tilled. Easy to run, easy to run around. 79cc seems to be just the right amount of power for the size. My garden looks great. When unpacking the wheels are turned around for shipping. You need to pull out on the assembly, and turn the assembly around as seen in diagram. You will need a pair of 8mm, 12mm, 13mm, and 16mm wrenches to assemble it. Does not take long. Once put together you are ready to till your garden. Uses 12 oz. of 10W-30W. ... show more

  • Great little machine!
Pattern Name: Cultivator
This is really nice little machine. I've had it about a week and have used it to break ground on about 300+ sq ft of very poor packed soil. It starts really easy and the right size for an urban gardening scenario. The issues. 1st, the assembly direction aren't the greatest. One of the first steps is to remove the main support bars from the pully box to remove a zip tie. Inspect for a zip tie first. If there isn't one skip this step. It makes it more difficult to muscle the heavy engine block around to install the bottom bolts onle to replace the top ones after. 2nd...the variable size feature is awesome; however, after 300 sq ft the pins securing the outside tines caused a flange. I had to use another bolt to hammer the flanges down enough to force the tines to come off. I would recommend removing the tines occasionally and using a metal grinder or metal file to smooth them down to prevent frustration. I am hoping once will be enough but hard to tell this early in the ownership. Overall, I love this little green go-getter and looking forward to many years of use. ... show more
