    • Very Easy to Use, Not Only on "The Go"
So far, no complaints. I wish there was more "regular" paper included, as the roll emptied upon one print job (about 6 pages). Very portable and convenient.. the case is a great addition, especially on the go, to protect the printer from accidental bumps. Extremely easy to use; insert the roll or single page paper, and you're all set. I am still unable to connect it to a Microsoft-software computer. That's the only negative. If anyone has any suggestions on how to connect it to a computer, please enlighten me. Printing from a phone is extremely easy. The price (on sale) was acceptable. Lastly, the printer is very easy to charge, holding the charge for longer than expected. Overall, satisfied with the purchase. P.s. I have not tried printing on thr smaller rolls, just yet, knowing that there is not much paper on the rolls included. ... show more

I work from home and when I travel, I normally will work from our destination points. There are times I need to print something but do not have a printer, so I have to resort to handwriting everything. Until now...I ordered this printer for multiple reasons: 1) size. compact size easily fits in luggage. 2) the thermal feature does not require me to purchase ink cartridges or carry bulky, heavy paper. 3) price. great value for the price. The only con in my opinion, I wish I would have gotten extra rolls of 8.5w paper vs the smaller sizes (I won't use them). Great product for what I needed. ... show more

Love this portable printer. Has saved me aggravation as soon as I received especially when you have to do a lot of returns and you never owned a printer. If you need to print random things for daily life than this is something you should buy. If you print every day in large amounts than this isn't the product for you. I must say it was easy to set up. It was new to me so it took me a bit to find what I needed to get set up but nothing outrageous. Best part is you can print from cellphone. The best thing since sliced bread. Great all around product. Who doesn't have to print some random document but don't own a printer? Beside me. Life saver and aggravation minimizer. Who else wants minimal nonsense? ... show more

I am disappointed that the extra rolls I bought were to big around , It was right width so I thought they all took standard rolls . I seen roll that came with it was small but I thought that was included with machine it would be since giving us 4 different sizes to see. I got on app and see it requires a subscription and that was very disappointing. With everybody requiring so much a month for everything we run a person can't afford all of it anymore. I just hope I can do the basics. I don't need any extras and it prints in black and white. So I don't think I need any colored papers that will be black and white and not contain color to them. I can't send the rolls back because I already opened them and so I'm going to have to make do with rolling them smaller. I guess I just thought with the projects I need. I wouldn't be changing out paper all the time, but maybe I'll purchase a different size later on if I like this one ... show more
