Regular tarps fall apart easily. These tarps have lasted me a year or more through all types of abusive weather. When they do finally give out I replace them with the exact same kind because they are so good. The only thing I could say about them is that they are plasticized when new which prevents water penetration. After awhile the plasticize material will give out which reveals the woven material the tarp is made of. Water can then work it's way in between the individual fibers to whatever the tarp is covering. But the tarp itself will still be fine and protect from dirt, dust, wind, etc. It took me awhile to figure that out because at first I thought the water I was seeing was condensation in the closed space under the tarp. So far liked the tarp. It is not totally rip/tare proof. But in all fairness I gave it a rough time. I still feel it was a good value. I would recommend this. Just don't try to put it on a roof with 40mph winds. My bad

First picture is of the third tarp we received….IT IS HORRIBLE!!! We ordered 3 of these tarps, first to were great and all we hoped for (see second picture for comparison) We just got around to taking the third tarp out of the package and installed it where needed. It is not by any means 8’x10’ (both of the others were true to size) PLUS it is pieced together!!! My husband installed it without me and I am not about to take it back down to return or exchange it as it would present a hassle I am not willing to go through at this point. Plus, I feel that I shouldn’t have to if this company cared about their product and customers they should sent what I paid for to begin with. Very very upsetting and disappointing ... show more
