The media could not be loaded. 1st package came in a bag (instead of a box) and the cap was damaged/bent. Product was replaced and 2nd package came in a bag AGAIN (instead of a box), and cap was damaged AGAIN! Now I have to return both. - Gown fit fine, I’m 5’ and 45 size was fine in length.
