We don't know if this was mispackaged or what, but the size of this tarp was short by approximately 2 ft on width, and by 4 ft on the length. We were using tarp to cover a brush arbor for a revival meeting and would have returned it but didn't have time to order a replacement. We had to use it but also had to get another one to overlap to cover our structure. Other than size, the tarp is sturdy and was as expected. WE WOULD, HOWEVER, LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED AND HELPFUL WITH OUR ISSUE. THEY EVEN ISSUED US A PARTIAL REFUND WITHOUT BEING ASKED. ... show more

Product appear to be strong and sturdy also double layer and Top side of the tarp is water resistant while the bottom side is mold resistant. Works great for me because I'm using it until my new roof is installed.

At first it seemed like a wise purchase, big enough, heavy enough, and reflective. In 10 months laying on a flat roof, secured, on the ends and weighted down with tires arrayed in the middle, this tarp became useless. It transformed into a wafer thin cover from exposure to the elements, then ripped down the center with a scattering of holes. My building is in SE Michigan, not Arizona or windy Oklahoma. Weather has been mild for the past year at least. So if you intend to use this tarp make sure it doesn't get exposed to sunlight, rain, or an occasionally windy day-and you will be fine! ... show more
