They work and hold up my grow lights. The length is very good and plenty enough for grow tents. They hold s good amount of weight and look somewhat like the ones that came with my lights. They're easily adjustable but aren't as smooth as others. I have to pull down with a little force to get them to lower the light and it feels like the mechanism is dragging or grabbing while lowering.
