I would NOT recommend this heater. First β it pulls an insane amount of power. The moment it turns on, you can literally see and feel the load hit the outlet. It constantly trips the circuit and makes the cord and plug noticeably warm. That alone is a huge red flag. Second β it barely does what itβs supposed to do. The water is not consistently hot, and the temperature jumps all over the place depending on flow. You either get lukewarm water or a sudden spike that you have to immediately adjust. Third β I genuinely do not feel safe using it. It gets hot to the touch, runs at a very high wattage for a simple under-sink unit, and the overall build quality feels cheap and poorly insulated. It absolutely feels like a potential fire hazard. This is not something I would trust in a kitchen, bathroom, RV, or anywhere in my home. Save your money and buy a properly rated unit. This one is inefficient, unreliable, and stressful to use.

This model works very well, by starting with a low flow within a short time the water warms and you can then increase the flow to your preferred temperature. By adding an electrical switch between the unit and plugin line you can add a second second sink or any other problem without having to turn off a fuse in your electrical board.

This unit is worthless. After installation, the hottest it would get is 113 F and would only hold that for a few seconds, then drop to the 80s. The water actually feels cool. I experimented with different flows as high as 30 cfm, but the 14 cfm made no difference; the best you could get is kinda warm, nothing more. A waste of time and effort on a product that simply does not work or is defective from the factory.

I. Always leary when dealing with my home electric. especially installing something like this. But I went ahead and took on the project and .uch to my surprise the included setup guide and install instructions were clear and concise. Step by step i followed each section until pretty soon I was ready to hit the button and boom! Flawless...as far as the performance goes I'm happy they didnt overstate so I wasn't too disappointed when It couldnt keep up with the shower..itsgoing under the kitchen sink. It'll be perfect there because it works great!

Very convenient to have a remote however since i have cold water running to this unit the flow has to be minimal to heat the water to a decent temperature i may have to get a second one to heat the water with a decent flow
