Great starter kit! I ordered this kit to get started on my sourdough journey and while I wont be using everything included right now, it's nice to have for the future. The jar itself weighs 500g. I like that the jar is smooth at the opening--makes cleaning easier! Great value for the price.

The best starter kit ever. It’s super cute and comes with many tools, it’s exactly as the description states. It does not include a packet of starter though so you need to purchase that separately. The size is good and the box is easy to store! The tools are durable and are not cheap feeling. The jar and everything is easy to clean and wipe down.

Almost everything in the kit is fairly sturdy. But the flour shaker thing came broken. It looks like it was supposed to be welded but somehow popped off. That's the reason for not being five stars.
