First thing, out of the box the shower head leaked, they did send me a new one after I had to send multiple videos and several back and forth emails… Now less then a year later.. When it started getting cold out (before freezing temps) I drained the pipes. Took batteries out , and brought the unit inside for the winter season.. This week I took it out to re set it up, connected everything properly, turned on the water (which has a pressure regulator on it) and the internal copper pipes where blown out, and spewed water all inside the unit… there was no way it froze, so the culprit is cheap thin pipping…. Purchase at your own risk

I'm currently homeless well actively camping lol. I bought this because you gotta shower and cold baths during the winter are terrible. Set up was a breeze and after installing the batteries required it fired right up. I don't have a source of pressurized water so l'm using another amazing purchase from Amazon the rechargeable camping shower kit the pump has more than enough pressure to satisfy the hot water heater. Couple fitting from Lowe's I was in business. The size is perfect for tent living and it's seems very well made but for $125 and the ability to have hot water and it can get very hot if you crank up the gas and lower the water flow I'd buy it again if it lasts a few months. All mounting hardware and even gas line Teflon tape are included. I've had no issues with leaking water or gas as of yet. I'm thoroughly impressed with the bang for the buck. Other camping hot water heaters are 3 or 4 times more. Also love it shuts off when you turn off the water to conserve and fires right back up soon as the water is flowing again

Works great gets to temp to shower when camping. wish they had a better way to mounted temporary. We use a pain bucked hook and hang it. Came with everything you need glad I did not have to go find fittings and stuff to make it work. Ordered one from smoother company a little cheaper but it was cheaper didn’t come with fittings for gas or water and the shower hose was so small and plastic I’ll keep as back up. I’m going to order another for my utility trailer so can was up when we are done playing in the mud.

I believe this is our 4th of these. We loose them because something happens and we don't get them inside soon enough and they freeze--you know life! Anyway, after having a difficult time this year finding a replacement, I decided on this one. Because of the issues with the first one (different brand) I hooked this up outside of my setup first. It worked so I got it into my long term set up outdoor shower. LOVE the temp read out. This one is the most controlled with temperature adjustments I have every had. Planning to purchase another one in a few weeks to use "inside" to heat water for the kitchen sink rather than stove top once we finish redoing the kitchen. Please be aware that all of these have issues and the are what they are. And there are often times defective ones. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with customer service. And like I said, this one has had the best temp control I have ever experienced. I did have to purchase different connectors for the gas as what I have used with everything else did not work with any of the parts they supplied and I couldn't get the gas to stop leaking. Again, I am more permanent setup connected to a 250 gal hard piped lp tank.

Cheap junk and a waste of money. I bought one and hooked it up to use a handful of times. The water was warm but I would never say it got hot. And I had the temperature turned all the way up. Took it out of storage today to use it and it wont turn on. Has good water pressure, brand new batteries and plenty of propane. Won't turn on at all. Spend a little more money and get something better.
