I love the design and feasibility of this product. It was nice that it only takes 120V. And the instructions were very very helpful for installing. Performance of this heater has been great so far after 4 months. I’m able to run a couple showers and the dishwasher and a couple of sinks. The water pressure does drop a little bit as that is a lot of load for hot water, but this heater works great for our needs, as that load is not a normal lineup we do. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Our electric bill also dropped about 75% and the gas bill did not go up that much due to the efficiency of this product. ... show more

Performs exactly as described. Our bedroom shares a wall with the garage where the water heater is installed so was concerned about noise but have not heard a thing. Kitchen is 50+ feet away and the water there heats up faster than the tank heater it replaced. I am thinking some of the other concerns that were posted may be due to poor installation? I love this unit. Installed it myself though wouldn't recommend someone do that if they don't have a reasonable amount of experience. Remember to clean the filter based on usage. If I had it to buy over again, I'd get get one with the next level of output.

It takes a little longer to warm up than our tank type. But, once it gets there it is never ending. Great for us who like half hour showers. Overall, it is a great improvement to our home.
