This set looks like it's made for children. I was so excited to get it, looked great in the picture, then put it together, which took about 3 hours, not enough hardware, (had to stop and go buy correct bolts) the wicker is unraveling right out of the box. It is definitely not worth the price!!

Do not recommend it! This was supposed to be a gift for this previous Christmas, I just have not prioritized writing this review. However, this purchase was such a letdown. The furniture looks as if it was made for small children. Even then the quality is horrendous (the photos shown are what it looked like coming out of the box brand new!). When asking the seller for a return & refund within the given acceptable return time frame, they dragged their feet intentionally. The representatives I was communicating with were asking if I could glue the loose wicker on the $800 outdoor furniture I just purchased. What? I just spent $800 (a lot of money!) why should I be doing an arts and crafts project with no guarantee it will hold up over time? When I insisted that wouldn't work for me they kept asking this same question multiple days in a row (wasting time for the return window.) I was quite surprised at how poorly this was handled. The furniture not working out is fine but the way customer service handled this return was what really led me to post this review. My advice is to find something else with better quality to spend your hard-earned money on.

I received this with no instructions, took me 7 hours to put together because literally nothing lined up and half the bolts were stripped. 3/4s of the pieces were dirty and covered in mold which is absolutely disgusting. Itās extremely uncomfortable especially for over $700 absolutely a waste of money and the backs are so short it actually hurts to lean back.

I am so disappointed we finally put it together and this thing is a total embarrassment! I contacted the seller to see if they sold individual pieces and Iām thankful they donāt because I would have wasted more money prior to seeing the actual product. It sits super low to the ground and if multiple people were to sit on it together your knees would be touching. If youāre looking for outdoor furniture for children this is definitely the set for you!! Save your money and time!! Donāt buy this horrible set!! The cushions are extremely thin and the wicker is a low grade plastic!!
