I needed to upgrade my patio furniture, needed more seating space that was comfortable. First, this set was moderately simple to assemble. But, not the easiest. It went together okay, once I got the hang of it. But, it still took about 20-30 minutes for each chair. Patience is required. I also notice that the ends of the vinyl 'rattan' were cut kind of short and came untucked from their finishing spots. You have to stretch them and then tuck them back in, before you can assemble the chairs. But, the final results are worth the effort. The chairs are very comfortable. The look is great. And, the quality is there. I'm confident that this set will last a long time. Good purchase. Five stars. ... show more

Item does not fit together properly, is uneven, it rocks back and forth on my deck, have tried sitting in it to even it out, still rocks. Metal is cheap, pulls the threads out when tightening bolts, if I knew they’d refund me without having to pay return shipping I’d send it right back

Original screws that came with the set stripped out, holes didn't line up, and pieces of the furniture were broken. We contacted sellers and they were willing to send replacement parts but we requested to return the product due to the amount of issues and safety concerns. They refunded us half the cost and told us to keep the furniture. We bought replacement screws and are attempting to put it together to the best of our ability so that our dogs can use it since we have small dogs. It is unsafe for more weight to be on them. 2 stars were given due to the refund. I would not recommend this furniture to anyone. It is smaller than anticipated and cheaply made, although seems easy to put together if it were more sturdy. ... show more
