the frame was delivered two days earlier than expected, a pleasant surprise. it was easy to assemble and worked as advertised. it is not as heavily built as another i own and less flexible in use. however, it cost less than half the price of the other one. i bought it to relieve acid reflux and help with back problems. it has helped with both. for the price paid, it is an excellent product that i highly recommend.

Great buy on a really good adjustable base. Easy assembly but *warning* it is heavy. Definitely need 1 or 2 people to put it together and position it. The only assembly is screwing the legs in and insert the mattress bar. Make sure of the height you want because it is heavy to have to change. I had mine too high and had to undo everything to change the height. 😢 All good now and I am enjoying it. Motors are quiet and the light comes in handy for bathroom trips. Highly recommend.

Great bed frame for the price! One of my old split king bed frames broke. This was inexpensive enough that I ordered it to replace my old frames vs trying to figure out how to order/replace/repair the motor on my old one. It works great! I love that it gave you a choice of height! Although my other bed was OK, I used the middle height on this one and it is perfect!!!!! And it was easy to put together. I am a 77 year old female and I was able to do it all by myself (after dragging 82 +/- pound boxes into the house because I missed the delivery person).

My husband and I opted for this adjustable frame instead of more expensive ones from the mattress companies. We got one for the master and 2nd bedrooms, and they are great. They work as expected, were easy to assemble, and hold the weight of the mattresses. The seller was fantastic, communicating with us throughout the shipping process. In one bedroom, we're using the frame (not slats) of a platform bed, and the frame fits great (queen size). In the other bedroom, we're using the adjustable frame on its own. We're glad we took the chance on these. We saved hundreds of dollars and had a great customer service experience!
