Had Quadlock for my s21 ultra for years and loved it. I decided it was obvious to buy a new case for my s25 ultra, it's mostly perfect. The side buttons are loose and not the solid fit that I enjoyed on the s21 case. Since that's where I rest my indexed finger, it's very annoying. As small of an issue as this is, it's a deal breaker for me. I might request a refund or a replacement if they're sure it's supposed to be more snug. ... show more

Mag ring falls off back of case causing phone to drop from whatever mag phone mount your using and likely breaking phone after fall.. if you value your phone don't use mag ring from this case. It's a well known problem that quad lock is well aware of with seemingly no intentions of fixing. These mag rings are only held onto the case by tiny little plastic clips that all break off with ease. Mine lasted less than a week before it broke off and cost me $1500 to replace my new phone. ... show more

The insert on the case that attaches to the case keeps popping out while on quadlock handle bar mount. This my 2nd case and seems quality might be slipping 😒

Poor design its sad that they only come in one color and can't even focus on the quality. Had mag safe pop socket on it removed to clip on to my motorcycle quad lock and the popsicle magnet ripped the magnet that is on the the case barely held on by 4 tiny notches had to use super glue and now it just look look bad why is the magnet not integrated with the case?! ... show more
