Oh and Amazon wants me to say something about the "warmth" and "thickness". Ummm yea it's not warm when it cold and it's not to warm when it's hot out..and...its the size it says it is..there ya go..and battery life is decent for all hints or firearm training..

Bought for my avid deer hunting husband’s birthday. He doesn’t get excited about much but he was like a kid on Christmas when he opened it! Picture and sound quality are clear from test recordings. Will update if anything goes wrong but good quality for the price.

Out of the box review; Its easy to mount to your bow or rifle. Lightweight. Quiet. Feels structurally sound. To me its not so easy to operate. For a couple hundred bucks more, I would go with the 5.0

Worst product ever! Doesn't work at all! First time using it, turned it on and light flashed as directions said it would when recording. Held button down to turn it off and it started vibrating and would not stop. Would not turn off, would not record, nothing. Spooked the elk that were still near by and I had to remove it from my bow and pull the battery out to get it to stop. Put it back together, tried turning it on again and it went right back to a solid vibration. Put it on the charger when I got back to camp thinking maybe the battery was low, but it was completely charged within 30 minutes. Put it back together again and had the same results... just a vibrater. Pulled the SD card to see if it at least worked the first time it came on and NO IT DID NOT! Never recorded a single second. Very disappointing!

I recieved camera 1 month before bow season to get famiilar with camera, it quit working called Tactacam tech support went thru troubleshooting on line found camera had to sent back to get re Flashed. support was good , but camera took 3 weeks to get back and i missed opening day bow season with camera and shot at a nice deer. wished i had it on video.
