I am very sorry. I have several type cameras and first rated these at 3. I got them mixed up. These cameras are great. Thy cost more than my other cameras. One thing to understand that you have to pay for pictures per camera which I think is too high

Poor Customer Service - Good Luck Contacting Tactacam

Do not expect good customer service from Tactacam with purchase. On my two attempts to get in touch with Tactacam my hold times have been 30 minutes (first attempt) and over an hour on the second attempt. These attempts were both through their chat feature and through their phone customer service.
