I bought both my kids this tablet a month or so ago, my daughter’s tablet would freeze up a lot at first. It eventually stopped freezing and worked fine. My sons worked perfect up until 2 weeks in the quality in games got bad. For example the images in the game would take longer to load. Now both tablets are no good due to them not charging at all. It also gets really hot when charging major safety issues. Cheap price but I wouldn’t recommend this tablet to anyone. ... show more

    • Amazing value, but with a few flaws
I'm coming from an Amazon Fire HD10 from 2017, which has started showing its age. I also use the tablet only as a media consumption device, and a glorigied eReader (books, news etc). I'm comparing this tablet mostly with that. Pros: - This FrameFlow tablet is very snappy, even at its base 6GB RAM config. Then again, I'm not a power user, do not play games. But I'm able to open multiple apps, like news reader, and YouTube, and play videos with skipping a beat. - The screen is very bright and colors are vibrant. - Sound from both the speakers and headphones are crisp and clear. - The tablet is very thin and light - personally this is a con for me, coming from Fire HD10. Maybe I should get a case, or get a bigger tablet. Cons: - Battery life seems to be poor, considering the 8000mAh battery - The display is too bright, even at its lowest setting - hurts to read at night. What more, it doesn't have the ambient light sensor - I have to manually adjust the brightness everytime. - The sound from speaker is too loud even at its lowest volume. While the headphone has to cranked to max to be decent. - The power & volume buttons are on the top, which is inconveinent because the tab is mostly horizontal while I'm watching videos - (Fire HD10 gets this right) - Last but not least, the touch screen seem to have a lag - sometimes I have to press twice or hard for it to register. And I'm pretty sure the touch is slightly off the display - the touch is registered slightly lower than where I touch. This is a major deal breaker for me. ... show more
