I haven't tried many others so do not have much to compare. It is very good quality. Velcro is nice and secure. My issue was based on size chart a medium should have fit. It was too large. The front flaps overlapped a lot to the point I couldn't tighten it. My spine is rather indented so where the back plate is located it left a big pocket preventing the band to come in contact with my back so I wasn't getting any support in that area. I exchanged for a small and it is better. I think it would be better with some cushioning in that area to add pressure in that area.

product as advertised, arrived in timely fashion. Product offers great support and helps with back pain relief. I can only wear it for a certain amount of time, for me it becomes a little uncomfortable and hot. However, that being said the support is awesome for the time I can comfortable wear it.

Works good. Watch sizing. Product does just as it says. Made with good materials. Sturdy. It has helped greatly with my back pains. I measured my waist line, just like it showed. My waist was 52, so I ordered the 3xl. It is to big. I should have ordered the 2xl. I can't adjust this tight enough that it doesn't slide up when moving around, so I have to Continually push it down. I could return it but it costs me to return it, and I can't afford that, and I can't afford to purchase another. So I'm just going to wear this one and deal with the Hassel of pushing it down all the time. Because when it stays in place it helps a lot! That is why 4 star rating.

I suffer from problems down my back and spine that are too depressing to mention, so I will use keywords: Osteoarthritis, Degeneration, and, Scoliosis. Although I take medication for the pain, I still need something to stretch out my back, especially when I am unable to walk outside. This back support has been so effective I believe I gain 2-inches in height after putting it on. The various adjustments are nothing short of awesome and sometimes just wearing it for an hour relieves the pain. It provides tremendous support and stretch when and where it is needed. I love it!
