These bands are great at not slipping or curling, which is exactly what I wanted. Since I predominantly strength train, these are perfect for someone who likes to squat, deadlift, etc. as well as other leg abduction exercises. They’re a good alternative to the rubber resistance bands and much more cost effective than many similar brands. I didn’t anticipate them to be different sizes for the different resistances, but I’ve gotten used to that aspect. I would recommend these if you are into strength training or intend to use them on your legs above your knees only. If you want to also be able to do exercises that require minimal resistance I would stick with rubber resistance bands since these bands provide a great deal more resistance than rubber ones. Ideally, I would suggest both these bands and rubber bands for the sake versatility of exercises, but you would likely be happy with just these if your intending on focusing on strengthening and toning your hips and quads.

These things are awesome! I was really surprised by the built material. They are super strong and do not slip and slide at all. I had some plastic bands before and they melted when being stored because it gets very hot where I am. The bands come in 3 different strength levels which you can tell easily by the size and color. The colors are easy on the eyes so if left out in a living room or bedroom it doesn't stand out to much or look messy. I major bonus was the bag that works as a backpack as it was way better than some resistance door bands i got that had a bag but no straps for a backpack. I would definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these almost a month ago and I love them. I’ve been using it almost every day and they are as new. It’s a great investment to have at home during Covid-19. I can do great exercises with these bands, since the kit offers 3 different resistance levels!!! Works really good. High quality material, versatile, durable and they don’t roll. They provide enough resistance for a good workout. The training manual explained how to do lots of different exercises, and the travel bags keep them organized.

Product highly recommend! The price is great, the quality it’s amazing, it seems really durable, don’t keep slipping during work out. It’s great for work out at home, I’ve being doing for the last week and I can feel the difference, I also brought for a weekend trip at Yosemite and it was the best idea, it came with a little bag so it’s super useful and easy to carry. The 3 intensities is ideal because I can use for legs, gluteal, arms and back, I started with purple and try to include the other colors gradually. Perfect!

These resistance bands definitely changed my workouts! Using them during my work outs has been challenging me more and I feel that I’m being able to make myself work harder than without them, which is amazing! They show great quality, the material is also awesome, they feel very comfortable and stay in place during the work out. I love the colors and the bag that they came in, it’s a great way to keep them nice in the same place. If you are looking for resistance bands these are a great deal!

I bought this because I heard so many great things about Squid Industries. When I received it, I immediately thought it felt really cheap. Definitely not $60 in terms of quality or materials. One handle was screwed in tight so it wouldn't rotate well which isn't a huge problem since you can loosen it. Flipping it feels just okay. It has so much bounce that it doesn't really act like an okay balisong. I knew it would be light but it's so light that it doesn't really carry much momentum. If I were you, I would save up a little more and get a metal trainer.

Yesterday I bought myself elastic bands for sports on amazon, as our gyms were again closed for quarantine until an unknown time .so I am delighted with their quality ,their strength and functionality and their stylistically correct built concept ,they are just very beautiful very durable and very effective, the seller sent the goods very quickly, with the goods there is an instruction with exercises and a small bag backpack, such elastic bands for sports I highly recommend as this is a new level

I loved these bands, I have used many different textures and forces, but these are my favorites, the elastic does not roll as with others, nor does it burn with the friction of the skin, the 3 bands have different forces, for beginners I recommend use the purple one which is much lower its resistance. I love it for my exercise at home, I do not regret it at all.
