We have been sleeping on this for over a year now. I sort of think a Review is something you do After you actually USE a product vs. something you write when you have just opened it upon delivery. With that said, this has been an outstanding bed frame. We teamed it with two Ottomanson 9" Hybrid Twin Mattress - Rock Hard Feel - Made in USA - Individually Pocketed Coils, and we could not be happier. We selected this bed frame because it has Plywood backing vs the open pipe design. Teamed with the mattresses it makes for a ROCK HARD and solid bed combo. There was some partial assembly needed but nothing too technical. Remotes worked out of the box and we were able to transition between reclined seating to bed mode easily. The presets and Memory functions are very nice to have as well. All-in-All, a great product, and has been durable and comfortable for over a year. Would recommend and buy again.

Great adjustable base for a split king! We've used this base for 3 months now and are extremely happy with the purchase. The value received when coupled with all of the features is better than you'll find elsewhere. We tried several bases in the mattress stores, and they were fine, but few had this many features and the cost for these bases were far, far less than those in stores. We were not looking for anything fancy but this does more than what we need. The most surprising feature to us was the massage units...don't discount this gem. We didn't anticipate ever using the massage feature but now don't know that we'd be able to live without it! It's just enough of a vibration to help relax your body and get you to sleep sooner. I wish I had discovered this much earlier. Also, we did have an issue with one massage motor going bad but contacted customer service and they had a replacement sent out to us in no time, completely resolving the issue. There's nothing better than a good product backed by great customer service!

This was very easy to put together and the instructions were clear. Everything works well. The sound in massage mode could be quieter, but we don't plan on using that when the other person is sleeping anyway. The sound when we raise or lower it is about the same volume as our reclining chair in the living room, so it's not as quiet as the fancy fancy one we saw at Mattress Firm, BUT this was $600 and that was $4000, so it's a good trade-off in my eyes. We're very happy we got this.

Great Bed Frame! I have ordered adjustable beds in the past and in this price range. This design is superior to a previous bed frame I had that kept breaking. This design uses a linear actuator with a roller on the end to lift the bed sections. I expect that this will last much longer and if it should ever fail, it could be easily repaired. The bed has a Sync mode that allows both sides to operate with one remote and move together. Why would you want this vs a regular King bed frame? Well you have two linear actuators doing the work. Even if you aren't going to get a split mattress, use this frame. I think it would be stronger. I used the split mattresses and got 12" medium soft memory foam. I suspect really thick mattresses will have difficulty conforming to the bends. Even with the 12" think mattress, if you aren't in the bed it will "float up" and not bend, which is understandable. When you are in the bed it bends find and works well. Features: - Underlighting - The underlighting is bright and functional to light up the floor when you get out of bed. - Remote control - The remote feels a little "light weight" so I ordered a couple extra (available on Amazon) to ensure I could use this bed for years to come. - USB ports - These are available and under the bed. I have ports in my night stand that are more accessible, but these would be handy for anyone that doesn't. I'm sure that they function well. - Massage - There are three levels for head and three for feet. The massage feature was not my main reason for buying this, but it should have been! I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. When the head and legs are raised and the massage is on, this bed really feels amazing. The vibrations are about as strong as you can make them without being a noise nuisance to others in the house. It really does help after a long day. - Memory presets - In addition to "TV", "Zero G" and "Flat" buttons, there are memory buttons that are programmable for you favorite positions. - Zero G position - There is a single Zero G button that will raise the head and feet. For me it was almost perfectly where I would like it. My perfect position was a slightly lower head, but I can program that as a memory preset. Assembly was VERY easy. Remove it from the box, screw the legs on and connect the power plug, That is all. And the legs are sectioned so you can make the bed different heights which is a nice touch. I didn't try to take the leg pieces apart since I wanted the height for under storage, but they seemed REALLY tightly put together. I think it might take a bit of force to get them apart.

I am truly satisfied with your adjustable frame bed andbremote, which was shipped quickly arrived on time and fits the mattress exactly correctly. The lights underneath are perfect for the midnight trip to the Boys Room and it functions as well as some of those $8,000 Number beds. Excellent value, good service and the vibrator is also a nice touch when trying to nod off to sleep. The presets and settings all work great and really love the zero g setting :-) All in all very happy with my adjustable bed frame, I would buy it again :-) Tony s
