I bought this system and this case because its supposed to work. That case is only a year old. For some stupid reason these quad lock locking systems are not compatible one has thin lips that slide under the lock and the charger doesnt have lips its sold block down to the backing so itll never slip under anything hopefully the pictures describe it better. What Im irritated about is that its premium ecosystem they deliberately made so that its not reverse compatible and force me to buy new cases or adapters or whatever hoops I gotta jump through. Without any explanation or version 1 version 2 notation that I can decipher. Now Im hours into a 3 minute job and I end up returning Quad Lock because Quad Lock Ridiculously doesn't lock with Quad Lock devices. Works on my motorcycle works on my truck works on my van now I dont know what to buy from these guy to make it work but when I put my phone next to it starts charging and surprisingly that makes me even more upset. I know they did it on purpose and I dont appreciate it. This is hundreds of dollars for a stupid phone holder and they shafted me to make my buy more stuff. it says mag compatible and it says 360 compatible what else does it need to say to fit my case? was there something I missed? Apparently hours of my time and 50 more or 100 more dollars or whatever it takes me to figure it out. Oh I also got the anti vibration unit Im sure it will suck too. scared to even try it. No problem let me drive for 30 mins each way to get to an authorized drop off. Ill start now thanks... oh ya youll get your money Im too deep to get out now.
