I was hesitant to order this stair machine because of the limited reviews, but I decided to take a chance because its compact dimensions would fit perfectly in a small home gym. It arrived on a pallet in a well packed wooden crate. It was supposed to be curb side but I asked the driver to place it in my garage. This machine is very heavy and awkward to carry you will need two people to move it around at a minimum. The stair stepper does have wheels on the front to help move it in to place but be careful going over small bumps as we slightly damaged one of the wheels rolling it out of the garage. Once in the house we had to use furniture straps to move it into place, again it very heavy and awkward. Once we got it inside assembly was very easy, you only have to install the screen, the handle bars and the step up pegs it only took about 15 min to fully assemble. Please note the instructions state the back panel should be removed to install the screen but this step was not necessary the wiring harness and screw holes could be accessed from the front just above the top stair. After installation everything powered up and functioned fine. My wife has two workout in so far and it works as designed, works just like the commercial units at the big gyms. It’s very quiet, much quieter than our treadmill.

I just got this stair master and it’s already a mess. Let me give you a list. 1.) did not come with instructions/ manual for the stair master. 2.) did not come with any screws or supply to put the handle/feet panels together. 3.) DID NOT COME WITH THE POWER CORD!?!?!? like how am I supposed to start this thing without the power cord? Like this is ridiculous and stupid. 4.) the stair master looks like it’s been used and not new at all since there are shoe prints on the stairs!

Great purchase. As one lives in a one level house it keeps you in shape for stairs especially when you are traveling.

Complete garbage. After set up I tried using it for the first time. The stairs went slack with no resistance and I slid off the machine hurting my leg. I've spent the last week trying to contact the company that is in China. It's a very frustrating experience. What do I do with a 400-pound piece of exercise equipment that doesn't work with no customer service. Goimu sent me instructions on how to trouble shoot the motor and chains. Why the heck am I trying to fix it?? Save your money.

Received stepper and was able to put everything together just fine other than the left arm rail. It appeared the rail was bent or incorrectly manufactured because it would not lineup with the bottom screw holes once secure at the top, and vice versa. I have been in contact with the seller for days now and they have been unable to procure a solution. So no I have a pretty unstable machine without being able to properly attach the arm rail.
