This T-Fal Induction Cookware set is the best! I did not realize they had made one for Induction cooking. T-Fal is the cookware I have been using for years! They hold up to any abuse for years. I always hand wash them and use silicone utensils. However, that does not stop others from using metal forks, etc over the years and from abusing my cookware. The set I had previously lasted about 5 years and I had burned food in them a lot. After soaking it came out flawlessly. I needed a new set and one for Induction cooking. This set fits the requirements. They wash very well and heat up fast. They look great and you get all the saucepans and frying pans needed for a family. They have a disc in the fryers to let you know when the pan is ready. That works great if you pay attention to it. It gets a bit darker. I use padding between my pans to protect them in my pot drawer. The bottom of the pans are flat and thick for even cooking. The handles are not hollow. They do not rust. They are made of a good quality. The entire pans are of good quality. They are just beautiful! They are non-stick although I still use a bit of EVOO or butter when cooking with certain recipes. Again burnt food washes off after soaking. Just remember with all cookware wait for the pan to cool before plunging it under water to avoid causing the pan to warp. I always use hot water as well. I set my pan on an unused burner or a trivet to cool. I have found that T-Fal Cookware is the absolute best you can buy for the money. ... show more

I had been eagerly waiting for this T-fal Signature Nonstick Cookware Set, and it did not disappoint! The delivery was smooth, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. I love the 12-piece set as it has everything I need for daily cooking, from the frying pans to the saucepans. The nonstick coating works like a charm, making cooking and cleaning up so much easier. It’s also dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus for busy parents like me. I ordered this as a replacement for my T-fal set that was 10 years old. The quality is excellent and arrived earlier than expected. Just two minor details which are the design fault of T-fal and not this seller: 1. The lids in this set aren't interchangeable like my older set. In my older set, most of the frypans had a lid that was also for a larger stockpot. None of the lids from the current set are interchangeable. 2. The 8.5" and 10.5" frypans are slightly smaller but deeper than my previous pans. The sides are straight down instead of a angled side like a saute pan. So it's a little more awkward to get the spatula further down to flip or stir the food. But I'll adjust to this. Heats evenly, no issues with sticking. 4 stars because they're advertised as metal utensil safe, however I have noticed a couple marks on the pans, not quite scratches, but metal utensil use is minimal in our home.
