I haven't used these yet, and admittedly when I see review start like that I skip them, but I do own some T-Fal fry pans that I love so I have a good idea of what to expect with this set. The orange dot is a nice feature to tell when the pan is ready to use and the non-stick coating makes cleaning really easy. Everything came out of the box is perfect shape, though when I got the 12" fry pan at the bottom of the box there was an orange speck on the inner surface that I initially thought was rust, but quickly realized it was actually orange paint from the underside that somehow transferred to the inside. I doubt it'll be an issue. Aside from that the only thing really unexpected is the plastic fridge covers, the images show them as being slightly translucent white but they're actually solid baby blue and don't fit as tightly as I'd like, they pop up a little when I push them down. I liked the thickness of the pots and pans, and the great heat distribution. The foods cooked up quickly, and the lids were clear glass, with raised handles, which makes it easy to see what's going on in the pot or pan, and makes food cook faster. The lids have little steam holes, too. VERY easy to clean!! The handles feel like rubber, which makes gripping them that much more secure. I like these pots and pans very much. So far so good! Loving these every time I get a chance to use them! I'm not proud to say it but, I'm a pot and pan cleaning hater. One lazy kitchen dish washing mofo! So if I tell you these lovelies are easy to clean you can believe it! True! I have not had them that long and not able to say how long they'll last but, they look and feel solid in the hand. First and for most the shipping was fast! I ordered the nonstick set and in a week I received them! I used the for the first time yesterday and let me tell you nothing stocked to the bottom of the pots. I made lentils and stepped away and the water was drying up and with my old pans the lentils would’ve been burning already but because of the nonstick quality of the pans I had time to save it. Don’t even get me started with the clean up; it was a breeze, everything slid out the pan! Great quality and my boyfriend has pans from this company from about 8 years ago and they are still going strong but doesn’t have the nonstick quality.
