I ordered this 20-piece set of cookware in the “Rose” color, which is a very nice, pale shade of pink. This 20-piece set comes with the following: • 10.25” Square Griddle • 10.5” Frying Pan • 8” Frying Pan • 5-Quart Covered Dutch Oven • 3-Quart Covered Sauté Pan • 2-Quart Covered Saucepan • 1-Quart Covered Saaucepan • “One Egg Wonder” Mini Egg Pan • 3 T-fal Pan Protectors • 5-piece Nylon Utensils (spoon, slotted spoon, spaghetti server, spatula, and ladle) NOTE: This cookware set is suitable for all heat sources, EXCEPT induction. It is oven safe up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius). Their “thermos-spot technology” indicator in the center of the pan changes color to indicate that the pan is hot. It is a bit hard to tell, but the T in the circle in the center of the pan has small lines (like rays around the sun in a child’s drawing) when cool. When hot, the circle becomes a deeper solid red or maroon color, which is a nice feature but not really necessary. In my opinion, this CERAMIC cookware doesn’t seem to be quite as “non-stick” as TEFLON. You will need to add some oil or butter to the cookware and try to avoid scorching foods on too high of heat. Definitely do NOT use any type of metal utensil or scouring pads on these pots and pans. They recommend using silicon, nylon or wooden utensils, and even provide you with a set of nylon utensils. The cookware is overall lightweight and features soft, ergonomic handles which remain cool to the touch. You will want to keep your skin away from the “steam holes” on the lids, however. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash only, using a soft sponge and warm, soapy water. For stubborn stains, allow cookware to soak in warm soapy water for at least 30 minutes or more. Do not use anything abrasive. I have never really used “pan protectors” before, but I guess they are designed to help avoid scratching when you stack or nest the cookware pieces together for storage. This helps to protect the non-stick surfaces of the cookware over time. I am not sure if the “pan protectors” can handle a hot pan set on top of them or not, but I don’t think I want to try that. Overall, this is a very nice set. I have never had a square griddle before, and I think this will come in handy for making French Toast, pancakes, or grilled cheese sandwiches. I actually tested the square griddle out to make what I call my “Reverse Cheeseburgers”, and they turned out great! So, what exactly is a “Reverse Cheeseburger?” Well, it’s basically a grilled cheese sandwich, but filled with seasoned ground beef (or pork sausage)! It’s a bit more cheese than meat and it’s TASTY, if I do say so myself! This griddle is so much better than a round pan for my “Reverse Cheeseburgers!” But, since this square griddle has a very low lip, I don’t recommend cooking anything with a lot of liquid or oils in it. I used the 8” frying pan to cook up a small amount of ground beef. Since the ground beef was super lean, I added a little bit of butter to the pan which helped keep the meat from sticking. Overall, I am happy with this 20-piece set of cookware, but I have only had it for a short time. I believe the $119.99 (Oct. 2024) price is a great value, and now I finally own a set of cookware that matches! ... show more

This 20 piece set has just about everything. I replaced so much of my old cookware with these pieces from T-fal. I love the ceramic non-stick finish of the pots and pans. It works really well and I have found that I need less oil when I cook. Even though it is non-stick, meat still browns nicely when I cook on the stove. The heat from the burners distributes evenly. The handles are attached firmly and are easy to hold. The glass lids fit well with holes for steam release. I have been pleased with everything I have cooked in these pans so far. The set comes with some pads to protect the ceramic finish if the pans are nested for storage. It makes it much easier to fit these in my cupboard if I can stack them together. The nylon utensils are lightweight, but sturdy. I can stir, flip, and scoop fairly heavy proteins and sauces with the spatula and spoons. I don't often use a pasta spoon or ladle when I am cooking, but they are nice utensils to have if I should need one. Clean up is really easy with these pieces. I put the utensils in my dishwasher, but handwash the pans and lids. Handwashing is recommended and I have always found that it prolongs the life of non-stick surfaces. The ceramic finish always me to practically just wipe the pans clean in no time. This would make a great starter set for someone in need of basic cookware. Every cooking piece you would need is included in this set which is great for those moving into their own place for the first time and they are unsure about what to purchase. Love that it is nonstick because it makes cleaning a breeze.

The finish on most pieces is smooth but I was able to feel some raised areas on the griddle and the skillets. I can not comment on the durability as I just received them. I think with proper care they may last a while. I like the preheat dot to inform of proper heating. The utensils are a little on the flimsy side but they do work and should keep the cookware from being scratched. ... show more
