The media could not be loaded. It worked as advertised. The problem for my set up was that that amount of air flow made the tank very loud and it drove hubby nuts. There are two suction cup rubber loops that go over the light bar and your air supply goes into one end, with the air pumping out of the bubbles, through to the other end. A few holes didn’t disburse air but it was probably sand. When the air was under my water intake pump, it introduced air into the canister pump and that too added to the noise. What I ended up doing was not using it for the air effect. Instead I used the suction cup loops and positioned it under the hood to supplement my regular LED light. I love how it looks now.

i have bought 2 led bars from this company and the first one for my 10 gallon worked out great and is still working great so i do give credit on that, however i decided to upgrade to a 75 gallon tank and bought a bigger bar for that tank. the lights themselves worked for a total of 3 days (maybe) and just shut off completely on their own. the bubbler function itself was working but only out of certain ports. to top it all off 5 days in total this bar was plugged in and operational, the cord CAUGHT ON FIRE! i was thankful enough that my family was home to catch this as i was working an 8+ hr shift! my whole house, fish and animals could’ve been harmed if not for my family smelling the smoke and literally seeing it burst into flames! i did decide to reach out to the company to make things right and they chose to give me the run around for over a week now and will not send me a replacement for the faulty bar. that could have literally costed me thousands and the lives of my animals. just absolutely shameful and i will never give my business to them again.

The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t so sure about this product after reading reviews so I trusted the process and when I got it set up, at first I was disappointed, but after allowing it to run for 12 hours it’s beautiful!!! I have it connected to my 4W air pump on both ends of the light/bubbler itself using t-tubes that came with the pump I purchased separately and it works perfect for the tubes, my fish love it! My angel fish swim through the bubbles and my schooling fish play in the bubbles! Highly recommend and the remote works great, I suction cupped it to the outer part of my tank stand and it works flawlessly! I purchased the 30+ inch for my 40 gallon tank!

The light works good for a while, but then the colors of each led gets messed up, and if you pick a color red for example, it'll have yellow, green, orange, but won't be all red. Also, if the remote stops working at one point, they don't have a replacement. You have to purchase the whole led light. I've used mine only for the bubbles, and almost never used the led and the remote. The other day, I decided to use the led, but the remote is not working, even after putting a new battery. The seller said to purchase a new unit.

Exactly what is described. This is a light with remote and bubbler. It does not come with a pump so if you want to use it as a bubbler, you need to buy a pump. The light is great. As with any light that shines from the back or bottom, you can’t see the fish that much. This is more for decor or a nightlight. I love how the remote came with batteries in it already and you don’t need to point it at the light or tank. Great product.

Thought this would be a good buy but was a bit disappointed. First it needs to be mounted at the bottom of the tank if you are going to use the bubble feature. If you do this fish will hide between the light bar and the back of the tank glass. It also makes it very hard to vacuum your gravel. 2nd, a single air pump is not enough to produce tiny bubbles in the water, you need a very powerful pump with a dual hose valve to connect each side of the light bar to produce enough pressure across the entire bar for tiny bubbles. 3rd when you are able to produce enough bubble with this product, the popping of those bubbles produce a lot of surface moisture in and out of your tank that will need to be cleaned up. 4th the intensity and color of the lights can be a bit harsh even with dimming the light. The glare from the LED's make it very hard to look at and enjoy your tank. 5th the IR remote needs direct line of sight to function. As far a functionality this is either a light or a bubbler but not both and not in a 40 gal tank, maybe something deeper? The light would be more functional as a top mount shining down but then it would not work as a bubbler. The size we got goes the length of the tank and that should have been fine the pressure needed make this work properly was too intense for our fish and a smaller size might have worked better but would not have produced the bubble wall desired. the quality and durability of this product seems fine but we are only using it as a light occasionally and have separate air stones. For the cost and functionality I don't find this to be a good value and the pressure required to make this work was not clearly identified in the product description.

I was skeptical due to other reviews, however it really brings my rank together. It looks great and oxygenates my tank really good. I bought and adjustable output aerator with two exhausts. The one I had before wasn’t powerful enough and only blew bubbles out of like 2 of the holes on the device. It wasn’t a big deal to me to get the new aerator it’s really quiet anyways nd works well too. I’d recommend getting longer tubing as well. It comes with some but not enough length.
