Was excited to get this. Followed instructions and set it up and t worked beautifully for 4 hours. It automatically shut down after that. In the morning went to turn it on and the jellies all floated to the top. Tried to push them back down, then tried washing them then reinserting them. Nothing works, they float to the top and stay there. For $140 you'd think this thing would work. It does not. Save yourself frustration and money. This thing is going back. It sucks. FOLLOW UP: So just as I was getting ready to send this back I figured I would give it one last chance. I pushed all the jellies to the bottom and then refilled the lost water. The SECRET is to FILL THE WATER TO THE VERY TOP, so when you put the lid on some even spills out. Wipe up the spill. But what I found is that the jellies now work all the time, even after restarting the next day. Leaving no space at the top seems to keep it from getting any air bubbles in the jellies. I have now changed to review to 5 stars. It would have been nice if they EMPHASIZED the fill part and insisted it be done. So if yours isn't working try this and see if it solves the issue. ... show more

This is the coolest lamp ever!!! I purchased a smaller one and loved it so much I had to buy the 32-in jellyfish lamp! They look so real without the work, very calming and everyone that comes over and sees it they just love it, I purchased it from Amazon us as the Amazon site in Canada charged almost $100 more 😐 so even with the exchange rate I still saved money, my grandchildren just love it and even my husband and I love looking at it as it is so calming, it takes about a day for the water to settle with no bubbles in it you just have to keep pushing them down but eventually they all stay down, the price could be a little bit cheaper but it's still a great Buy would highly recommend for any age, one more thing I forgot the seller was very quick to get my order to me almost 5 days earlier kudos to you seller 🤗 ... show more

I read and follow the instructions to the T 1. I filled the water up all the way to the black line 2. I let the lamp cycle for more than 24 hours even though the instructions only recommend 12 before it will work 3. I made sure there was no air bubbles in manually added all of the jellyfish one by one They still don’t swim. They just sit at the top. I will be trying to use distilled water with a little bit of dish soap after doing my research. I will update my review if it works but for $150 for a plastic lamp it shouldn’t be this complicated…. Or at the very least, the instructions provided should actually work If it doesn’t work I will be returning. ... show more

Bought the tall aquarium and took the advice of several reviewers: coated the tentacles with a drop of dishwashing liquid to keep them from sticking together, and put only 5 in the tank, rather than 8. For the first day the jellyfish would work for a while then get stuck at the top. I used some tongs to hold the little nipple, dunk them into the water upside down, shake the airbubbles out then push down until they engaged with the current. Did this for first 3 times of turning on the aquarium (so 12 hours...), and now all appears to be well! I believe it just takes that long to get rid of all the air in the tank after first filling. I am now extremely happy with it. A lot of fun, and makes everyone smile - it's mesmerizing. Recommend the product, but please be patient, and persevere until the air bubbles are gone. Use tongs rather than the straw provided. You cannot grip the jellyfish well enough to shake the air bubbles off with only the straw. ... show more

It’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve had it for a year now and I keep it up Year round. I love that you can change the colors. I had them on green for Halloween. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it from kids and adults. Highly recommend!
