I'm upgrading my 29 gallon tank to a 40 tank gallon so I wanted a stand that would match the other stand I have for my 55 gallon tank. This was a prefect match! It came on time and had no missing parts. I did have to buy a drill to assemble some parts because it didn't come with a wrench like other stands do. I did assemble it myself so it did take awhile. Probably like 3 hours because I took breaks in between. I wouldn't say it was easy to assemble but it wasn't too bad either. Somewhere in between. In the end I am happy with the purchase. It does seem pretty sturdy for my 40 gallon breeder tank that I'll be using it with. I love the look of it! With the barn door it'll definitely give me more room for my fish supplies which I definitely need. I've included both of my tank stands so you can see how they match perfect. I do recommend this stand for the money. It's definitely worth it.

Great cabinet! Was very happy with the materials and build of the cabinet. Great for the cost point and very sturdy to hold weight. Only thing was the instructions could have been a little better but if you know how to build stuff its still not bad! Overall very happy with the product.

I love this tank stand, it looks just like the picture, all parts & pieces were there & all the hardware lined up with the holes. Everything on it was perfect & the instructions were very easy to understand. I had this unpackaged & put together in probably less than an hour. Also has a neat remote control for different led light settings for the included led light strip that goes along the whole length of the top including inside the cabinet part so you can see what you're after. Very simple, would def. buy again

It looks nice and is sturdy. Hopefully where you decide to put it is level because this stand does not come with leveling feet. I wish I would have noticed that before purchasing.

Nice looking cabinet and very sturdy. Holds the weight that it says and looks nice. Cabinet is good for a gravity filter, but very little else. Only draw back for me is the shelf area. The description says it holds a 20 gallon tank. It does, but only one with an internal filter. If you have an external hanging filter. You need to make adjustments. The shelf has pre-drilled holes that are only high enough to allow a square 20 gallon with hood to fit. You won't be able to change the filter inserts as is. You would either need to drill your own holes to raise the shelf. Or do as I did and get an internal filter. Tank does not sit high enough to get a gravity filter. I also feel that there should be a cover/door to "hide" the shelf. That is something I need to figure out. Other than those 2 things. The cabinet is very sturdy and decor appeasing. I recommend this cabinet if you are in the market for one.

I'm giving this aquarium stand 3 stars because, while it seemed like a great idea on paper, the actual assembly process was a nightmare. I was excited to set up a new home for my goldfish aquarium, but the moment I started putting the stand together, it became clear that the design and construction were flawed. As I was assembling the stand, the nails and wood chips started falling out, and to my surprise, the entire thing almost fell apart. I had to think fast and use wood glue to hold it together, which was a bit of a hack. Despite my best efforts, I'm still a bit concerned about the stand's stability and longevity. If the manufacturer could work on improving the assembly process and overall build quality, I'd be happy to bump up my rating. For now, I'd caution others to be prepared for a potentially frustrating experience. If you're willing to take on the challenge, it might still work out for you, but buyer beware!
