I really wanted, in fact needed, to love this item. I bought it. It worked for a few days then stopped working. I exchanged it. I got a new one. It worked for a few days more than the first time and then it stopped working again, just a few days after the return deadline. I’m so bummed out and now my reptile doesn’t have a light. It has the perfect profile, sleek and simple. I love that it has a detachable cord for easy installation and maintenance. But it’s no use to me if it isn’t reliable. Bought this light 6/2/24 for a baby Bearded Dragon, installed it 6/15/24 into a large TV stand I refurbished into a habit. It was easy to install inside the habit using the brackets. Problem is the bulb hasn't lasted a month! At first it was very bright and worked great. The last 2 days it has been very dim, barely putting out any light. I bought UVB cards to test the old bulb and they're not registering any UVB. MBD is a huge risk for a young beardies. In the first picture I attached you can see how dim, it used to shine brighter then his heat bulb as you can see in the second picture (a new replacement bulb). Ugh! ... show more
