This chair will take a bit time to put together. It took me and my husband about half an hour to finish. The instructions are really brief, but the good thing is that they label their different types of screws, so that it’s fairly easy to find the extract type to use during the various steps to piece it together. The wheels are extremely difficult to push all the way in, in fact there’s one wheel that was stuck about 1/5 of inch away from all the way in. Couldn’t feel much of a difference when sitting on it though. This chair gives very good back support, the cushion is good as well. The chair is nice, and easy to assemble. The only thing that I wasn't completely ok with was the headrest. It seemed a bit wobbly after installing it. I attempted to get a replacement from customer support, but I was told that it's the way it is because the head rest supports different height and angle. I truly do love this chair. Or at least my body does. My arms not so much. The rests are very far apart and you will have a hard time resting both of your elbows when you type. If you are just relaxing and not interacting with a keyboard or game controller you'll be just fine. If the arm rests could pull inward toward the center and not just rotate this would solve the problem. The other major problem is that after not much use at all the tab that controls the arm rest height broke off. It's a very thin piece of plastic and was never abused and rarely used. I highly doubt the 60,000 arm rest adjustment test unless that little tab wasn't being used in the test. Another minor complaint. The headrest is hard to adjust and is relatively loose in it's mount but that hasn't bothered me much. Conclusion. Great chair. Bad arm rests. ... show more

I went into this purchase understanding what I was buying. A cheap office chair that's better than what you can find at your local Big Amber Asterisk Store. However, after merely 4 months of daily use, the foam pads on both armrests are crumbling. Large chunks have broken off and are starting to expose the pointy bits of plastic that keep them from sliding off the glue pad in the first place. The mesh seat is better than most foam pad chairs in the same price range. The back support and adjustments are good. Roller wheels are holding up to my pile carpet and cats. Sadly, the foam armrests are hard to ignore. So I have to remove 2 stars. ... show more
