Bright TV, well constructed, perfect for outdoor settings. Any issues had with the product, the Sylvox customer service team is there to help and will have your back to make sure you are satisified. The built in smart OS isn't great, but hooking up a roku or any other device solves all issues. Be warned, this TV is heavy and bulky due to it's weatherproofing. The tv is expensive for the size. When in use, it works fine. However, we do not have cable infrastructure in our new construction neighborhood and have to rely on streaming services. This tv comes with a small handful of apps preinstalled. You cannot install or download ANY new apps! For example, YouTube TV is not accessible. You can only cast to the tv from Android devices, not Apple. This should have been prominently noted in the description. The tv also constantly turns itself on repeatedly no matter how many times you go outside and turn it off. It’s very basic from a functionality perspective. If you have Apple phones and use streaming services, the tv is almost useless. ... show more

I received my TV on June 19th - delivery time was average but it is a large heavy TV. When I installed it I was impressed with the picture quality - I hooked up an Amazon 4K firestick and it works great. I had no problem setting up my Wi-Fi network. The TV remote seems heavy duty and weather proof. The wall I mounted to on my uncovered patio is always in partial shade - so I turned down the brightness and the picture looks great. Due to the fact the speakers are protected and the sound comes from the bottom of the TV - I recommend getting a sound bar but if you don't have one right away the sound seems fine. I did use their customer service for a minor replacement part - they were fast to ship it out to me and it did not affect me hanging my TV to the wall mounts. All in all - very good TV for the money - I recommend it! ... show more

Good quality build and stands up to the weather. it's been a week now and it's been 95+ outside some days and we had rain storms. so far the picture is still amazing and everything works fine. My wife and I took the tv out of the box and places it on the mount. Plugged it in and ugh!!! Screen is shattered. No worse feeling when I am excited to use my birthday present and it don’t work. Called immediately and now I am waiting 2 weeks for new one coming. Not sure this is worth it. We will see. ... show more

    • You cannot download apps or screen share if you have iphone
EDIT: I have to say about this company first that their customer service is amazing. They did reach out to me immediately after this initial review and wanted to “make things right” by either a replacement unit, a discount on a higher unit or full refund and “called a meeting with tech team to review the technical issues” I had in order to make their products and experience better. This feels rare to have a team reach out in this magnitude so I give their customer service five stars. Original post: Buyers beware… you cannot download apps to this “smart tv”. It comes with Netflix, Youtube, PLEX and a bunch of foreign apps I’ve never heard of. You cannot download HBO, Hulu or basically any other app I didn’t just name that you care about. Also note that if you don’t have an android device, you can’t pair through Bluetooth or screen share anything. You must have android to do this. Our experience unfortunately…. The TV went BLACK on our first movie night! Sound was still on but no picture. We did all the troubleshoots but couldn’t get the picture back ever. So, had to return the unit While we had it working the picture looked good and sound projected fine. Was fun for about… 75% of a movie! 🤣 ... show more
