The product works good. I had to have Wingflex customer service work on an update for their Bridge software to work with the PMDG 777-200ER and the 777-300ER on both the MSFS2020 and 2024. They now refuse to work on an update for the PMDG 777F (Cargo) for MSFS2024. Wilson from Wingflex sent me an email saying that they will NOT spend money on the PMDG 777F. That's a shame because I liked their product. Now I put my Wingflex CDU away and ORDERED one Winwing CDU for my PMDG 777 and another one for the PMDG 737. It looks like they have better customer service than Wingflex. That's important to me and they got my business. I Do NOT trust these Wingflex people.

I've had this cdu for almost 2 weeks and I love it. It was very easy to connect and use out of the box. Its so nice being able to input a flight plan without having to use a mouse and scroll over the letter to click on. If you are using the PMDG 737. You are able to go to exterior view of the plane and control the ground services with the cdu. The price is steep, but if you are a diehard simmer like me. Its worth the investment.

The item arrived earlier than expected. We updated the firmware to the latest version and downloaded the latest driver. However, it only works once in a while in MSFS 2020. We contacted the seller, but they keep giving us a runaround. It says in the description that it’s also compatible with MSFS 2024 but there are no planes in 2024 that are compatible with this unit so it’s useless.

Was excited to get this CDU to add to my MSFS setup. Followed the instructions to download the bridge software (painfully slow) and configure the unit for MSFS. The device would not power up, turn on, or show any signs of life right out of the box. I tried several different USB C cables, a different desktop, and my mobile gaming laptop. Nothing. For the amount charged for this unit, I expected it to be better quality and work right out of the box.
