I recently purchased this steam cleaner after a similar machine by Bissell was recalled. As with its predecessor, this is one of my all-time favorite cleaning tools. Pros: the long power cord gives me a ton of flexibility to move around an entire space without stopping. The water tank is fully transparent which is a huge game-changer; my previous version did not have this and you never knew how much water or time you had left until you had already run out and then had to stop and wait for it to cool so you could refill and then wait again for it to heat back up. This one heats up to readiness much more quickly than I'm used to. And lastly, the ability to lock the steam in the "on" position is fantastic; my hand used to tire from having to hold down the trigger, and not having to worry about that anymore is awesome and very time-efficient since I can stay focused on cleaning continuously. It feels a bit heavier to hold than my old one but is overall totally manageable, especially considering how well it performs otherwise. We have hard water that gets all over our shower fixtures and faucets and it just chisels away all that crusty grossness easily. Altogether, it's powerful, practical, and thoughtfully designed. This SXHY handheld steamer is incredibly powerful for such a compact, lightweight machine. As you can see from the photo this steamer is smaller than a Keurig and is about the size as the water kettle. There are many things to like about this steamer. It is well made, light and easy to hold and comes with numerous attachments in order to tackle many different areas. I have cleaned my faucets, oven, oven door, stove top, showers doors, shower door tracks, shower floor, and tile floors -very good on the corners which are difficult to clean with a mop or sponge. I especially like it for cleaning toilet bowls and toilets bowl seats. No chemicals, no fumes, just direct the SXHY and use a clean, dry rag to wipe up. In addition, I use the steamer wherever I find stubborn stains or areas that are difficult to reach with a cloth. I recommended the SXHY steamer to a friend who was dissatisfied with her steamer. She replaced her steamer with the SXHY steamer and is as completely satisfied as I am. This little steamer is awesome. I wanted to wait a while to get a few uses out of it before leaving a review. All the accessories make it easy to clean multiple surfaces or hard to reach angles. This steamer has saved me hours of deep cleaning. For me, it provides about an hour of steam before the water runs out, then I have to refill. Refilling the tank take less than a minute so this isn't a big deal. I usually either take a break or refill and keep going. 10/10 highly recommend ... show more

Does a good job for small spaces, baths were a little hard because you need to carry it with one hand and in the other the nozzle. it’s powerful and gets hot and kills mold.

So nice to start the new year with a clean and sanitized home. This was great for sinks, tubs and kitchen. Steam power was great. Holds enough water to get the job done. Easy to refill. Attachments are great.

This steam cleaner is awesome! It easily cleans hard to reach dirt/grime and makes deep cleaning a breeze. It comes with a bunch of different cleaning heads that make it very versatile to use and I especially like the sanitizing option for furniture. The last picture is for size reference lol

Used this to clean the caulking on a stall shower; worked well. Also used it to clean the track on patio sliders, which worked as well. The only real complaint is that the reservoir is TINY and by the time you get a head of steam going (learning curve here), you're out of water. 3' X 5' shower (lower wall to floor junction) took 3 fill ups, so don't figure on using it in a commercial/industrial setting.
