    • Nice stools but damaged
Update: The company sent us a box with 2 new stools in response to our request for one replacement swivel mechanism. We ordered 3 stools and put two together with no issues. The third had a faulty swivel that had bearings falling out of it. We contacted the seller for a replacement part since we didn’t want to do a return if possible. They replied promptly and told us we would receive a replacement within 5 business days. That was over two weeks ago. We ordered a replacement part from a different seller with the hopes it will work for us. The stools themselves are a good size, sturdy and look great in our space. ... show more
