I was taking these mostly once every 2 weeks or so and they work well I do have some daytime groggness but it disappears after 3hrs for others it works differently of other people's bodies... If I can recall I took 2 pills before and I was fine however I haven't used these for some time and I was on vacation I had trouble sleeping during my whole vacation and I decided to take 2 pills on the last night of my vacation.... I take them lay down and as I'm waiting for them to work I stare at the window near my bed for 10 mins...rest my eyes for 2 minutes all of a sudden a family member is talking to me so I opened my eyes and it's morning...I do not recall any dreams to as I'm getting ready to leave I could barely keep my eyes open....even after getting up and walking around to wake me up but it doesn't go away...my family and I pack up and leave quickly...I felt very confused and it was hard to think...I have never felt this way before on this supplement and I felt worried I was in the passenger's seat on a road trip and after 30 mins of my family member driving I kept struggling to keep my eyes open and still felt confused and scared no matter how much I shifted in my seat or what I did to keep me awake it wouldn't help at one point I did start to hallucinate a few things I was wearing glasses so I thought it was the reflections but I was in a car This freaked me out even more so I decided to sleep in the car during the road trip I woke up 3x because of the car moving but went back to sleep when I woke up I was home I was still a bit groggy and confused but I felt a bit better I help my family then eat a meal and after 3 minutes I was struggling to keep my eyes open once again so I go take a nap it was around noon when I fell asleep the last thing I remembered after eating was laying down on my bed I dont remember tucking myself in or changing my clothes I blink and a family member is worried because I've been asleep for a while when they tell me I'm still confused and I don't respond and they walk away...I don't remember falling back asleep but I close my eyes for a moment and open them and it's still noon I feel rested now so I checked my phone it was Saturday 12pm when I 1st fell asleep it's now Sunday 1pm I wasn't tired for the rest of the day but this really worried me... I really don't recommend taking 2 pills if you know how you react to one...these made me feel confused and groggy for a while like I was drugged or satdated please use with caution ... show more

Wow… these work! I often have trouble going to sleep. Reviews say some people may experience dreaming. I do occasionally but nothing negative.. one tablet was too much for me personally.. I have found that a half tablet is best for me.. about 15 minutes before bed. Also, if I have at least 6 hours or more of sleep, there’s no morning groggy feeling. If I wake during the night, these help me to be able to go right back to sleep. I wake refreshed and ready to go! 😊 I’m 70..probably best to check with your physician before taking, if you take medications or over the counter supplements. Highly recommend. ... show more

I have trouble sleeping - falling asleep and staying asleep. This helps me fall asleep much better. Works better than prescription meds I have tried. If you have trouble getting to sleep I highly recommend this tablet. Take about 35 or 40 minutes before bedtime. Makes you sleepy and helps you fall asleep. I use this nightly with melatonin because I have a really rough time falling asleep. I switched to this from taking a different over the counter sleep aid that was comparable to taking benadryl. This works much better for me.
