Arrived quickly; unfortunately it was a “returned” item; the box was ripped, so the chair arrived dirty - super annoying having to professionally clean a new product. But it’s a lovely chair, good quality. Still too expensive

I bought it in white and I think the material is bouquet. It is so soft. The back of it is pretty Low but with the pillows, it comes with it acts as a back so I have no issue with this.
