Bought the set direct from Amazon. The first two scheduled deliveries never happened. 3 weeks after the initially scheduled delivery it was finally delivered (5 hours after the scheduled window). It was delivered in 5 boxes, three of which were broken. The delivery company had let me know that they had received it that way - so this is not on them. The wood pieces are poorly and unclearly marked - the hardware is mixed together and the screws used at least 5 different head types (Phillips head, 2 square sizes, 2-3 star sizes) - some of which had drill bits included. The hardware itself was jumbled together - 2-3 different sizes screws often in the same bags, no organization to how it was bagged, no notation on the bags etc. And there were pieces missing - 2 wood pieces that I had to get made at the local big box store, a number of screws that were short-supplied, and most importantly the hardware required to secure the swings themselves was missing - the plates that lock the hook pieces in place. I tried getting this resolved via Amazon support but gave up after an hour and bought the replacement parts for $50 rather than waste more time on it. This took two men, who are both very handy and good at building things, many hours to put together. However, the children do love it, and it seems sturdy and durable so far.

The wood is very cheap and there were missing products so the ladder could not be built. Instructions not clear. Cheap screws. Overall very disappointed with the product and it would have been better to spend a few more hundred dollars at costco and bought the sturdy well made swing set. Swing set is fine. It it smaller in person and the wood is very cheap. I don't expect it to last very long maybe 5 years before "wood" starts to fail and rot. Also lots of extra screws and not enough of ones you need?

The instructions were clear and easy to follow with the exception of the bolts. The packages with the bolts are not clearly marked. You had to guess which package went with which section. The treatment applied to the wood is cheap. It is peeling off. We will need to treat the wood next year. It takes awhile to put together but if you do it in sections it comes together easily.
