This swing set looked great from picks and everything so I purchased it only to find out wh en building it I was deceived. Numerous skrews/bolts were missing or were not the right sizes they should have been. This required numerous runs to the hardware store to get the parts needed to actually put this up. Quite disappointing after spending over a grand for the product to be shorted many things and actually we will be getting some other bolts and washers as few areas appear weak with what they want you to use instead of what truly should be used. I bought this for my kids after seeing these ratings on here but please do not be deceived by them as I was. Will be curious if this actually lasts 3 to 4 years as it has 5 year warranty. ... show more

This took two men, who are both very handy and good at building things, many hours to put together. However, the children do love it, and it seems sturdy and durable so far.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow with the exception of the bolts. The packages with the bolts are not clearly marked. You had to guess which package went with which section. The treatment applied to the wood is cheap. It is peeling off. We will need to treat the wood next year. It takes awhile to put together but if you do it in sections it comes together easily. If you are not handy with construction and tools STAY AWAY from this product. This took days to put together and multiple trips to Home Depot to finish it. We ran into missing hardware and incorrect directions. It's frustrating spending this kind of money on a product and having so many issues. We hope it's durable and last a while after all of that. ... show more

Love the size but not happy with all the wood parts. Some are curling but I used them but will have to replace down the road
