Although we did end up with many missing screw items and the boards were all mixed up in different boxes (we never were able to put up the swing glider), and it took way longer than it should have with 2 adults, I would buy this again as it is a large, multi-functional play structure. Looks great in the yard and the kids love it. Lots of fun for all ages.

Overall it is a nice set. The kids love it. It was a pain to put together. A number of the boards had numbers which were cutoff, or unreadable. There were 2 boards present which I could not find listed anywhere in the direction packet. I was missing the flat brackets for the swings and had to improvise by picking something up at a bigbox store. There also seems to be quite a bit of extra parts which is odd, so it makes me wonder. There were also black caps which I could not find listed in directions. The slide seems to be bowed out on first bump. So I wonder if it's a structural issue. Aside from the materials issues, it's a nice set, just right in size for young kids. My only issue is that the side with swings bounces a lot more than I expected despite having 2 ground spikes that were supplied. I will probably be putting an additional support into the ground.

Absolutely love this swing set. I searched high and low for the perfect swing set. My husband's only request was no tube slide, which was a huge bummer, but when I cam across this set, I fell in love! I went ahead and ordered extra accessories like the steering wheel and view finder, but it came with those! And two flags! The little picnic area could be a little sturdier. I tried to sit on it and was afraid it would snap, but it's perfect for my 5 yr old. They also upgraded us to the double wind surfer instead of the single one because they ran out! Not complaining here haha. One of our roof shingle pieces snapped while trying to put the roof together and the manufacturer was nice enough to send a replacement at no cost. We were also missing the big slide screws, which they are sending as well, but my husband used other similar screws for the time being. I also ordered this set specifically because it was supposed to be delivered within a week and a half from purchased. It was a scheduled the delivery. My only disappointment was when the day of delivery I was told that the set had JUST left their facility so it wouldnt be here until the next week. Thankfully, the freight company was able to deliver it during the weekend, 3 days early, and amazon was nice enough to give us a credit for the delay and lack of communication Overall, we are very happy with this set. My daughter spends all day/everyday outside playing!

Bought the set direct from Amazon. The first two scheduled deliveries never happened. 3 weeks after the initially scheduled delivery it was finally delivered (5 hours after the scheduled window). It was delivered in 5 boxes, three of which were broken. The delivery company had let me know that they had received it that way - so this is not on them. The wood pieces are poorly and unclearly marked - the hardware is mixed together and the screws used at least 5 different head types (Phillips head, 2 square sizes, 2-3 star sizes) - some of which had drill bits included. The hardware itself was jumbled together - 2-3 different sizes screws often in the same bags, no organization to how it was bagged, no notation on the bags etc. And there were pieces missing - 2 wood pieces that I had to get made at the local big box store, a number of screws that were short-supplied, and most importantly the hardware required to secure the swings themselves was missing - the plates that lock the hook pieces in place. I tried getting this resolved via Amazon support but gave up after an hour and bought the replacement parts for $50 rather than waste more time on it. Now that the swingset is built, the kids like it.

It's sturdy and looks amazing. Yes, it took all day to build but it should as it is a big build and project. Everything was labeled correctly. The boards were labeled and everything was packaged in separate boxes for the different components which made it easier to build the different parts and put it together. It took 3 of us building it about 12 hours. My kid loves it and I actually have extra parts such as extra screws and such. The wood is pretreated and predrilled for a lot of the parts. It looks great as well. Super happy with this purchase. 10 Outta 10!!!

I got this for my son‘s birthday, and he absolutely loves it! It’s a great set at a good price point! The wood all seems sturdy and anchored into the ground. Well, my only complaint is that the directions don’t make it easy to figure out which screw is which. I wish they were labeled a little more clearly. Took 3 ppl about 6 hours to get it put up.

The wood was marked with numbers but the hardware was not. There were many, many bags of hardware (screws, bolts, etc). They were marked with random numbers but the screws and bolts were mixed up inside. Finding the right screw / bolt was the most time consuming. It would have taken practically half the time had they been labeled for steps or sections. The assembly could have been a lot easier if that had been done. The wood in one section of monkey bars did split when the screws were drilled in, but it was a different guy and he didn't have the ladder squared so he wasn't drilling in the center. The more experienced guy, who built the rest of the set, didn't have but one piece start to split. Now that it is up, it looks great. I hope it holds up well. Fingers crossed.

Overall it’s a nice play set. The instructions were somewhat difficult to follow. The boards are numbered but you can’t see some of the numbers. Some of the boards ended up having holes left where it appeared to need something attached. I’m wondering if they made batches of boards for different play sets and so those leftover holes are for other models? There are no hangers provided for the little ride on swing fyi. I had about 10 boards left over and after going back through the instructions, I couldn’t find where they went. One of the support beams and one side(board) of the rock wall was very, very warped. The rock wall straightened out with the cross supports but the main support beam is still warped. Lots of leftover screws so don’t worry, you won’t run out. Took 2 men about 2 days to put up. My 5 and 3 year old love it.
