Absolutely love this swing set. I searched high and low for the perfect swing set. My husband's only request was no tube slide, which was a huge bummer, but when I cam across this set, I fell in love! I went ahead and ordered extra accessories like the steering wheel and view finder, but it came with those! And two flags! The little picnic area could be a little sturdier. I tried to sit on it and was afraid it would snap, but it's perfect for my 5 yr old. They also upgraded us to the double wind surfer instead of the single one because they ran out! Not complaining here haha. One of our roof shingle pieces snapped while trying to put the roof together and the manufacturer was nice enough to send a replacement at no cost. We were also missing the big slide screws, which they are sending as well, but my husband used other similar screws for the time being. I also ordered this set specifically because it was supposed to be delivered within a week and a half from purchased. It was a scheduled the delivery. My only disappointment was when the day of delivery I was told that the set had JUST left their facility so it wouldnt be here until the next week. Thankfully, the freight company was able to deliver it during the weekend, 3 days early, and amazon was nice enough to give us a credit for the delay and lack of communication Overall, we are very happy with this set. It takes time to put together. Assembly took way longer than expected. . I had 3 guys working on it. Quality is fair. Some boards are warped. We had a few missing boards Boxes were not marked appropriately. Screws were not marked. I was expecting better than I received for the price paid. Kids enjoy the swing set, I guess thats all that matters. ... show more

I can’t even continue assembling till I go to the hardware store to get a missing bolt. As others have previously stated the instructions are awful, The wood is cheap and splinters easy. The instructions were good. Very few words, mostly pictures with arrows along with board and screw sizes which were quite accurate. Building it is quite a project, not hard, but lots of parts. Everything fit into place with accuracy. I was impressed with the accuracy and good fit of all the lumber and would recommend this kit to anyone with time and patience and some basic building ability (Screw gun). I'll start by saying that my kids love the playset and that is really what matters so I won't give this a super low review. However, building this thing SUCKED!!! Now I like to build things usually, and the directions weren't overly complicated to follow, but NONE of the hardware was labeled coherently. You needed to use multiple size screws and none of them were labeled and what's more, is that they packaged different size screws in the same bags all with no labels whatsoever. I think half of my time building this thig was searching for the correct hardware and hand measuring each screw or bolt to make sure we were using the right stuff. Just really poorly thought out. They should package each size screw separately and label them all with the actual size and type that they are. Also the cedar wood is very soft and chips and cracks easy on the smaller boards or the corners of the support beams. Support beams are strong and sturdy though and overall it is nice. I need to do some sanding in areas and some wood glue touch-ups in areas where we had some larger chips come off. I'll have to see how well it holds up to the elements as well. Also both slides were supposed to come with a stake and we only had the 1 stake for the big slide so now I have to figure out how to stake the second slide. ... show more

Overall it is a nice set. The kids love it. It was a pain to put together. A number of the boards had numbers which were cutoff, or unreadable. There were 2 boards present which I could not find listed anywhere in the direction packet. I was missing the flat brackets for the swings and had to improvise by picking something up at a bigbox store. There also seems to be quite a bit of extra parts which is odd, so it makes me wonder. There were also black caps which I could not find listed in directions. The slide seems to be bowed out on first bump. So I wonder if it's a structural issue. Aside from the materials issues, it's a nice set, just right in size for young kids. My only issue is that the side with swings bounces a lot more than I expected despite having 2 ground spikes that were supplied. I will probably be putting an additional support into the ground. ... show more
