Bought on April 25, 2023, as of July 23, 2023, both are leaking everywhere. The plastic has separated around the ridges of the the plastic. The plastic is very cheap and the "Fold and Stretch" design only makes it worse. When the pump turns off, they will unfold and extend due to the weight of the water, when the pump turns back on, the suction causes them to retract real fast causing them to crinkle up around the ridges. Over time (3 months for me) this will cause a tear and water will start leaking out immediately. Its also not just one tear but multiple. Once this happens it will rip apart soon after. If this has already happened to you and now are worried about your pump not running until you get a replacement, try the following: Turn pump off and cut the water off to your inlets via the valve. Stretch and wrap tightly with electrical tape 3" above the hole and continue down 3" below the hole (you may need to double wrap this). After that get some Gorilla Waterproof Patch Tape, stretch and wrap all the way around where it overlaps. Open your inlets and see if there are any leaks. If not turn your pump back on and make sure no air is getting into your strainer pot. Monitor it and as long as no air gets in you should be good until you can find another product.
