This water-powered vac works remarkably well, and for the price, it's a very good value. It cleaned the bottom and seats of our spa very nicely and with minimum effort. The bag is far bigger than it needs to be, but I suppose it can also be used for gathering leaves and larger debris. The four slim, aluminum poles snap together easily if a bit flimsy, but sturdy enough. The thin poles make gripping a bit difficult so turning the vac head takes some practice. All assembled without fuss and does the job intended. The snap-on hose clamp works well, but needs a stout push to engage. No need to wade in and try to snag small particles, when you can hook up the hose and vac it all away. The mesh bag empties easily by turning inside-out. Other units, some with batteries cost many times more, but this gizmo does the work without wading in at a bargain price. ... show more

Had a small kids pool and was hoping this would work. It was ok for leaves and larger items but for dirt it was not that great.

I’ve had 2 of these now ans there junk. Both have broke where the handle connects to the vacuum after one use. Total waste of money STAY AWAY

It's perfect for the bugs and sand in my spa. It's also lightweight and small. It's just what I needed. I just received it today and was done putting it together in 5 mins. Another 5 mins to attach hose and suction particles out of bottom of my inground spa. It really works better than I could have imagined! ... show more

I'd never used a pool vacuum that is powered by a water hose before and I wasn't sure how this was going to work, especially with its low price. The package doesn't come with an instruction book or manual, so you assemble it by referencing the illustrations on the back. The parts interconnect and no tools are required, so assembling the vacuum is easy and so is connecting it to a water hose. As soon as the water was turned on, this little thing got to work! I know that some reviews mentioned the debris bag being too small or not secured well, but I didn't have any problems with either of those factors. The bag is attached with a drawstring, but it never seemed loose while it was being used and it was easily cleaned with a few sprays from the water hose. I don't have issues with leaves in the water, but just some bugs and typical debris, so the bag was more than large enough for my needs. I've got a 18'x9'x48" above ground Bestway pool and this vacuum got the entire floor and curves of the walls spotless in a little less than 15 minutes! It has a lot of suction power and is easy to maneuver. I'd recommend using the vacuum while you're in the water if at all possible because the water pressure from the hose can be a bit messy. I was very impressed with the power of this vacuum and would highly recommend it to others! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It is so tiny!!! in the picture you can see everything I received laid out. the vaccum piece is 5 inches long so it's super tiny, once it is all put together it is less than 4 ft long so you might need to find another pole to somehow attach to this, I didn't receive a net so i can't comment on if this even works or not... it's pretty pointless for me now. I still don't know if I'm going to go through the hassle of returning this or try to find some sort of bag or something to attach to this.. ugh it is so annoying! I've never had an issue with receiving incomplete items till now! UPDATE!! so since I did not get a netting for it I came up with the bright idea of using a paint strainer. it only cost like 4 bucks at home depot and let me tell you, it works wonders! I'm not sure how well the netting that came with it is but if your having an issue I highly recommend using this! see my video so I can show you everything I got ;) ... show more
