Sitting in the chair now as I make my review. I must say the video instructions were great, easy to follow and I was able to put my chair together in less than 30 mins. I found the assembly instructions to be simple. The chair seems pretty sturdy - doesn't feel cheap - and yet is lighter than most office chairs so you can easily pick it up if needed. The chair is fairly comfortable and the seat adjusts up and down. But that's the only adjustment. The back of the chair is fixed so you can't lean back.
