Bought 2 of these and both were amazing. Great quality and looks exactly like the photos. My kids love them and use them every day. The seat cushions aren’t very thick so I would recommend buying a memory foam or something thicker. For now, we are going to use it til it needs to be replaced. It nice for sitting there to do homework but not all day. It’s adjustable so it fits both their desk heights. It’s really sturdy for back support and the mesh is nice. This is simple to assembly with the 2 bolts and included tool--2 minute job. The size of the chair is NOT large but this went into a bedroom/office and we didn't want a huge, bulky office chair that was in the way or unable to slide up to the desk out of the way. In that regard it's perfect size for our need specifically. In a larger room or area I would NOT have opted for this chair at all because it's way too small from a normal office chair. And the seat....so uncomfortable beyond a short usage. If you work from home or must sit at the computer for hours....find a better solution because this one is painful on the butt, back, legs, etc. as it's just not enough support anywhere. Again, for our specific purpose it works and we don't sit in front of our office computer for an entire day so it's not a big deal. I might try tossing another cushion on the seat just to make it a little more comfortable and as you can see from the picture the back isn't high either so we can't sit too high otherwise the back will be too low too so it's a balance. Notice how we are able to push the chair all the way into the leg area our older office desk which we like over the modern cheap garbage. The older furniture tends to be smaller but when you have real wood over cheap laminate or particle board or whatever with 1000 bolts that has no character it's worth it. We can always change it out if we really needed a larger more ergonomic chair but this works for the purpose right. It was a good price, seems sturdy aside from the lack of cushioning and is stable and lightweight for ease of moving. I would lean towards recommending but wish they improved the seat cushion and maybe added a sliding bar to adjust the back for taller people but this chair can only handle people so large or tall anyway. Sorry....you can't be 6 ft 5 and 300 lbs and expect this chair to work. Not going to happen. Probably really good for a child's room or small desk too and they might actually think it's comfortable...who knows ;-) Hope this helps. ... show more

    • Broke down after 3 months of little use.

If I could give this a zero I would. I received the item, it was easy to set up, very comfortable. I used this when I was on my laptop, so about 2 or 3 hours a day. I have had it now 3 months, I am NOT an overweight person, and today the whole chair collapsed . Tried to call customer support for Sweetcrispy, they direct you to send an email, but they say the email address so fast that there is no way anyone could write it down, and their mailbox is full. I have called 5 times and I still can only get part of the email . Don't buy this product. ... show more
