I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this desk chair which replaced an older Lazy Boy desk chair. I was truly amazed at the unexpected quality of the product, for example the legs and base are metal and everything was easily assembled. I am 6'1" and 220 lbs and this chair is the perfect size with lower back support for me, so comfortable. I will be ordering at least one or more to replace other existing chairs at home.

Comfortable chair! I love how wide the seat is and the material is soft. My backside doesn't fit in the smaller seats so this one works well for me. Fairly easy to put together, instructions are straightforward. Took about 15-20 by myself but would take less with an extra hand. The height is good and I love that the arm rests lift up since I have a small room and space is important! Would definitely buy again!

I've purchased several office chairs and put them together, so I'm a veteran at it. They were fairly comfortable and easy to put together. However, this one is exceptional. The instructions in the box were easy to follow. The chair was easy to put together, but to be fair, my son helped me hold the back so that I can align the holes. I give it a 5 star review and would recommend it to my friends.

I'm 5'11'' tall. The head rest cushion sits too low and pushes in on my upper back just below the shoulders. This causes neck fatigue and back discomfort. Assembly was simple, but somewhat exhausting if using the included T-handle allen wrench. The arms are designed of thin, skeletal structure plastic. The slightest lateral force will flex the arms and back piece, likely causing premature failure at the screw points. The bonded leather is tacky, which leads me to believe it will flake off with minimal use (yet to be seen). I bought this chair to replace an office chair I've been using 15+ years. If not for the vinyl finally tearing on the old chair, I'd still be using it as it is still more comfortable than this Sweetcrispy chair. The seat cushion on this chair is just as flat and hard as that on my old chair that has been crushed by my rear-end for over 15 years. Lastly, I bought this chair with the impression it locks at 135, 120, and 90 degree angles, as pictured. It only locks at 90 degrees. You get what you pay for I suppose and lesson learned not to buy a chair without first sitting in it.
