The adjustable bed frame was exactly what I needed, and its arrival and use certainly didn't disappoint!! The unit is expertly made and very easy to assemble and set up! Although I asked my handyman to help, it took us less than 15 minutes to have it fully operational. Some purchasers complained about the "slowness" of the elevators, but I don't find them slow at all. My existing hybrid spring/foam mattress fits perfectly. It may take a little time to fully contour to the new "bends", mine adapted with the first use. There are USB adapters on both sides of the frame, which is a nice feature. But be sure to plug in your charger adapters before the unit is turned upright, as they face downward and can be a little difficult to find when the frame is turned over time. It took me three nights to find the perfect settings for my use. The result is improved sleep with minimal back, neck, or leg pain. It also calmed my snoring quite a bit, which is another healthy benefit! Compared to the alternative of spending THOUSANDS for a new adjustable bed and mattress system, this "budget" solution is a winner!!!

Works great and is good quality, was easy to put together however I didn’t need a little help. Price was so much better than trying to purchase from a mattress store! Even when they include the base as “free” in their bundle… most definitely not free, it’s priced into their markup on the mattress.

After replacing the batteries twice, the remote didn't work, which makes the bed totally unusable. I called and asked for a replacement. Amazon either couldn't or wouldn't do it. They offered me 30% off. I couldn't believe it. I told them that was ridiculous. After that, they offered a full refund, but they would not pay for me to dispose of it. It's in the garbage, and I'm out 50 bucks to have it removed.

I bought the Sweetcrispy full adjustable bed frame for my mother-in-law, who has recently out of the hospital. The frame is perfect. I only put on a good mattress, and voila! Manages with the control remote for whatever she likes. She is thrilled now, she sleeps comfortably, and feels grateful. The frame was easy to assemble.
