This machine worked great the first 2-3 weeks, it wouldnât self clean. Then the machine wouldnât make large ice only small ice. Tried resetting it a lot. Contacted the manufacturer, did everything they asked, itâs been days!!!!! They come back asking for my address for the 2nd time making me think finally getting somewhere, all to come back to say they need to escalated the video i sent them days ago to get me a solution! Well what did you do the first time i sent the video. Do not buy this machine or from this seller! Not worth the money! Looks great product sucks! Customer service even worse!

Love the ice maker. Don't let it go out of water it will heat up two different sizes of ice to choose from. Drain hole on bottom of unit for easy drainage when needs to be put up. Will make some noise but it is rather quite compared to the last unit I had.

Works great. It does say in the user manual to not use the first couple rounds of cubes it makes, they aren't the best. It takes time for something to get really cold enough to make those huge cubes. I just turn it on in the morning and let it go. By the time im ready for ice in my drinks, its working real well and made a whole basket of giant cubes. I've had it for a few months now and use it daily.

I haven't even had it a yr and it quit working after 10 mo., they usually last 3 ys.at first it wouldn't stop making ice when the bin was full then it quit working all together

Absolutely love my ice maker but after a couple months it kept saying âIce fullâ even when there was no ice and it would keep doing that after a good clean so Iâve learned keeping it unplugged for a day or two helps it work normal. But still frustrating when youâre trying to make an iced coffee in the morning and your ice machine wonât make any ice lol. But overall is decent.
