This machine worked great the first 2-3 weeks, it wouldn’t self clean. Then the machine wouldn’t make large ice only small ice. Tried resetting it a lot. Contacted the manufacturer, did everything they asked, it’s been days!!!!! They come back asking for my address for the 2nd time making me think finally getting somewhere, all to come back to say they need to escalated the video i sent them days ago to get me a solution! Well what did you do the first time i sent the video. Do not buy this machine or from this seller! Not worth the money! Looks great product sucks! Customer service even worse!

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this ice machine. Plugged it in and poured water and ice was ready in 5 minutes tops. A little fan runs in the back that makes a soft noice so not disturbing to hear. It fits perfectly right by the fridge and is light weight. 100% would recommend.

Works great. It does say in the user manual to not use the first couple rounds of cubes it makes, they aren't the best. It takes time for something to get really cold enough to make those huge cubes. I just turn it on in the morning and let it go. By the time im ready for ice in my drinks, its working real well and made a whole basket of giant cubes. I've had it for a few months now and use it daily.

Piece of junk. Worked for a week, then I unplugged it to move it to another area in my kitchen, and it went into clean mode and would not come out of it. Tried everything to get it to work, but nothing. The support phone numbers in the user manual were unresponsive. I returned this ice maker for a full-refund. Save yourself some money and frustration and buy an American-made product, not some pos from China.

I bought this on a whim... I did not realize how great it would be. The ice cycle is pretty quick but using it directly out of this machine although it works very well I take the ice and bag it in a zip lock and stick it in a freezer to get better (harder) ice. I was very pleased with its ability operation is pretty dumb simple and easy to use..

I received this yesterday and followed the instructions about having it sit for 24 hours and I was so excited to come home and fill it with water. The machine is not loud and I love the small ice cubes, it doesn't take long to make the ice and this is so much nicer than pulling out ice out of an ice cube tray
