I gave it a try to this product, 8 cameras and the NVR, just to upgrade my previous and older Swann system, and I Loved it!! the quality its outstanding, the NVR is completely silent, no noise, and the system Software-wise is the same as usual with Swann but greatly improved, more rapid, more responsive. I believe this product was released on 2023, so its quite new. Cameras are great much more than expected, the build quality is metal, they feel and look great, the quality of the picture is 5/5 yes you can see car plates, peoples faces, and audio two ways....I dont understand why this great product does not have better opinions, maybe just to few clients have made reviews about this system, anyway I gave it a try, and feel very happy, give it a 5/5 rating exceeding by far my expectations, thank you Amazon, thank you Swann!!I am a normal costumer I was not paid or given anything in exchange for my review, just my honest opinion about a product that I believe deserves it, hope it can be helpful. ... show more

    • Better than the previous model
I had to replace an older version of this NVR due to a defective power strip that destroyed it. This model, even though it has the same model number, has numerous hardware improvements which were not included in my older unit.
