The optic is great, fit right on my masada with the proper footprint plate. I don't like the auto brightness setting because I also run the tlr1hl light and the light overpowers my dot and you can't see it. I would recommend getting the manual brightness

Like many other reviewers, I was hopeful for the auto brightness version to work well, but it shuts off completely in the dark, which is no good. Manual brightness version is fantastic though, would definitely recommend this optic for the pricepoint excellent build quality and clear glass

This light is terrible, the green dot can not be seen in dim light, the adjustment on the light are terrible and feel cheap and will break easy if not careful, wouldnt waste my money on this sight again.

    • Auto brightness is very VERY bad
When you're in good lighting it's ok. Any type of darkness at all and the dot is gone. My trijicon night iron sights have a brighter glow than this sight in the dark. It is so pathetic. However, the size of the sight is good. it fits a 43x like perfectly with roughly .017" of over hang on each side, measured with spark plug gap set. I believe if this was the manual version, which I absolutely will buy, I would be very happy. My 43x slide was milled to fit this sight, you might need an adapter if you have the 43x Mos version. ... show more

I did research online and the optic seemed like the most “bang for the buck”. I purchased it and I was blown away. This is a quality optic for a reasonable price. I got the Automatic version in green and I love it. Can’t wait to make this optic apart of my edc. It gives much more confidence with my firearm and I can pick up the sight quicker than iron sights.
