I know there is some question about the validity of some of the reviews on Facebook. Please know that this is a legitimate review. I purchased the bed frame (frame only, no mattress) in a twin extra long, having received it about a month and a half ago. I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with it. I’ve had other adjustable beds, but they have been just the standard feet up and/or head up. I needed something that would give additional support for my lumbar spine. This is my first adjustable base that adjusts in every way I could ever hope for. I am chronically ill and mostly bedridden, and have a bad back to boot. The support that this bed gives me has been incredible. Whether it’s watching TV, or just trying to get some relief from pain, it has been a godsend. My favorite features are the lumbar support adjustment, zero gravity, and the extra tilt for the head when watching TV. I like the massage too, but my cats are still on the fence about that feature. Lol. When adjusting to different positions, I find the motion to be very smooth. I do not have any issue with the small amount of noise that the motors make.The remote control is very user-friendly and intuitive - I’m at the point where I don’t have to look at it to find the buttons I want to use. I have no complaints about the bed or about the company. Customer support was amazing when I was having issues with the FedEx delivery (an issue with FedEx, not seller this product). The price is excellent when compared to other bed frames with similar features. The bed is solid, supportive, and fits my body height and weight very well (6’ tall, 220lbs). Do be aware of two things. One is that when you go in zero gravity position the sheets and blanket at the bottom of the bed can come loose. Not a big deal, but I do find that I need to tuck them back in when I put the bed down. The other is that if you want to add extensions onto the legs to raise the height, I was told that it would void the warranty (although you can still purchase the extra extensions). It is adjustable to three different heights, but I was used to something even taller. However, I’m not happy with the mattress that I have (Saatva), so if I replace it, I will go with a thicker mattress. That should help get me up to the height that I prefer. I highly recommend this bed frame if you are looking for a quality adjustable bed. Even for those that are not basically living in their beds.

Sven & Son Bliss queen electric adjustable bed frame has been a helpful product with a great deal of flexibility. Residual effects of compartment syndrome in my leg and my husband’s leg edema and breathing issues have kept us from soundly sleeping. We purchased this product because it gave us a great deal of flexibility to address both our medical issues. The flexibility of this product offers choices of sizes for accessibility. It can be equitably utilized by people of most ages, sizes, and abilities due to its simple to understand operation manual and labeled remote. Also having the legs being set about two feet inside of the frame allow it to be easily approached by people with assistive devices. The lighting option under the bed also allows it to easily be seen in low or no light conditions. Multiple settings allow for varying medical conditions and other needs of comfort to be addressed easily with minimal effort. The simple set up and controls make it easy for the consumer to correct any errors that may be made in use. Compared to other bed frames of similar functions this is affordable. Set up requires at least two strong people due to its weight and to flip it over after the legs are attached. The labeling on the remote is written in small letters and the buttons are small. A larger remote with better labeling, including braille, would help people with dexterity and vision concerns. Also, the USB ports are located under the edge of the bed frame and can’t be seen which makes them inconvenient for anyone of any ability to easily access them. Moving them to the side would make them easier to utilize. This product has been an amazing product which was easy to set up and has been simple to use. The various settings have allowed my husband and I to sleep soundly and meet our very different medical and non-medical needs for a sound sleep ever since it was received. It is also enjoyable to use it just to sit up in bed to read a book or watch television. I would highly recommend this adjustable bed frame to everyone, except for small children for safety, to make their life easier and sleep sounder.
